Perfect spot for a little get away. Rooms were really clean. Less than a block from the boardwalk. Employees were friendly. Room was on the smaller side, but who spends their time in the room anyway? Will definitely be back!

This stay was definitely something else. Me and 2 brothers, mother, and my mom’s boyfriend stayed in a room together. The bed that me and my brother stayed on (bunk bed) was terrible. It had no support and the smallest movements on the bed made the whole entire thing move. There were screws falling out of the bed as well. The fire alarm went off 3 times during my 4 night stay. The closet also smelt like mildew and stunk the whole room. The shower had some mold in it too. There is also no place to fill up your water. The sink and toilet had slow draining, and there are no washer and dryer anywhere. The only place to dry clothes is in the closet that smells like mildew (it will make your clothes stink. I made the mistake of putting it in there.) and the room cost $1,032 for 4 nights. That’s crazy. Personally I would not come back here again. I see some people had great experiences but I did not. Do better.

Positive: The people were outstanding especially Hotel employee. They really made you feel welcome. Negative: Better shower heads.

The rooms are better than the pictures online, which are outdated. We loved our stay! Great location. A short block from the boardwalk. A nice diner next door. The room was pleasant and so was the price. Free parking for guests.

Stayed at the Key West Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights this August and it was just what I was looking for. I was aware before arriving that the cost was not overly expensive and that my expectations should be realistic. My girlfriend and I were warmly received by Michelle at the front desk, who was nothing less than extremely courteous and helpful. There is parking right on site (1 car pass per room). The location of the hotel could not be better if you are looking to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. Literally, 1 block away, 2 minutes! The room was nice and air conditioned with a fridge (small freezer inside), television, bathroom with shower and clean towels. There is an ice machine on the floor that is free and accessible at any time. I would advise looking at the pictures of the location and be realistic about what you are paying and not to be unrealistic. This place is a bargain and for me it was all about location location location and the gracious and helpful Michelle at the front desk. The Key West also does not have a pool, but they have other hotels right next door that do. So, if a pool is something you need, I recommend you ask which one of their hotels have a pool and stay there.

The location should have 10 stars!! Rooms clean, service great! The only warning is if you have sensitive skin because the detergent from the sheets is stronger than household products. That's just my own personal situation, though, so I'm still saying 10/10 recommended!!

My husband and I visited Key West Hotel for the first time July 2022 and I have no complaints. First off, perfect location. The rooms were clean and are just what you need for a beach vacation get away in the Wildwoods. We had a bed, shower, toilet, A/C, fridge and a microwave. Yes, the room was small but it’s for people who will be at the beach and out and about most of the day. The hotel building itself almost reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Theres a seating area on the front porch where people gather and chit chat and you get a really homey feeling. We were given a little welcome bag upon arrival with coupons and all staff was very nice. My very favorite part of the whole place was talking and getting to know Debbie, who is one of the customer relations managers. She acted like I was coming to her place for years and introduced me to some of her returning visitors who she now calls friends. It was just so sweet and personable and that’s what I love in any kind of business. I’ll be back!
