Keuka Lake Vineyards - Winery in Hammondsport - 8882 Co Rd 76, USA

Quality not quantity drives this local winery to achieve excellence. Enjoy locally sourced estate wines from vineyards you can see from the porch or the majestic old Taylor barn. If case count or bottling speed impresses you visit another winery but if quality wine that whispers to you from Keuka Lake then this will become your favorite winery.

We decided to pass by a vineyard on our way back from Letchworth and Keuka Lake Vineyards was one of those open during Easter. I read from the reviews how good their Rieslings were so we decided this would be the perfect place to go to. Luckily, Mel, the owner was there and we had the most informative tasting of their wine. He started us with their famous dry Riesling and I loved it from the get-go. My favorites are their dry rieslings and vignoles. For an additional $5 you can sample their rare bottles which includes the Falling Man. One of my favorite is their Turkey Run vignole. I love how their grapes are sustainably grown and that they do not use herbicides. On warmer days you can have an outdoor seat with a beautiful view of the sapphire waters of Keuka Lake. We will definitely be back soon.

Loved tasting in the barn. The views off the back deck were wonderful. The wine is good as well. Good selection of dry wines some of which were VERY good.

The staff was great, the wines were a little on the bland side but still above average and well made. The room was dark but welcoming. They had a very nice selection of meats, cheese, crackers, and other snacks. I would give this one another try and hopefully the wines will have some more pop and character next time.

Excellent wine quality and knowledgeable staff. We felt very welcomed and were treated with utmost respect. Awesome older wine selection and rustic vibe. Not as commercial as some of the other wineries in the area, but much more inviting.

Ordered case for shipment while at vineyard. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Left all pertinent information. No follow up. Called twice…no answer. Emailed…no answer. Left voice mail…got call back and was told by owner that they couldn’t find the information we left with sales agent, didn’t want to take order over the phone, and told us to order over the web. Why did we bother going to the winery. Worst experience we’ve had in more than 20 years of wine tasting on FLX. Don’t waste your time with this winery!!!!

Top notch Rieslings. Warm and welcoming staff. The Barn is a beautiful tasting room with a stunning view from the deck.

They had my Seyval Blanc, one of my favorite wines! It was the server's 1st season, very friendly & and as helpful as much as possible. Did not have a lot of know of the wines, but we will be back! Beautiful view of Keuka Lake from their 2nd story porch!!
