Kerala Kitchen Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Lawrenceville - 1215 Scenic Hwy N #4, USA

My husband has been wanting to patron here for a while and we had time today. We walked in and noticed how clean and tidy the store is. We told them it was our first time visiting and had our food questions answered with patience (which is hard to get nowadays) and they even made recommendations. The food is made to order so the wait is a bit longer than going to a chain restaurant but the food was amazing. I ordered the goat and it was very good. My husband had butter chicken and I had to eat some of his food too because it looked and smelled delicious. I also got Mango Lassi to drink and loved it. I definitely recommend giving this business patronage. It's definitely great comfort food.

We had lunch at Kerala Kitchen Restaurant few days ago with the intention of trying South Indian cuisine. We decided to order the Kerala Thali, along with the Beef Curry served with Appam and Kerala Poratta. The overall taste of the food was average or to say okay. However, we did find the sitting area to be quite small, which might be a consideration for those seeking a more spacious dining environment. In terms of staff, we encountered one receptionist who was multitasking as both the cashier and server. Although his behavior was average, falling between sometimes being warm and cold , hence the service itself could have been more attentive. Overall, our experience was decent, with room for improvement. We believe that with some adjustments to seating arrangements and an increase in staff, the restaurant could enhance the overall dining experience for its customers."

Kerala style goat curry was amazing. The fish fry was okay. It lacked flavor and it could be fried bit less to retain the juicyness. We will try other items on the menu next time.

I came here a few days ago & absolutely loved my experience. The staff really made us feel welcome and double checked everything. The food was delicious and each bite was packed with so much flavor. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.

The food is excellent here! Feels like I’m back in India when I’m having their food! Highly recommend and must try!

This place has the best food ever!! The food was made to order with fresh high quality ingredients. The taste was out of this world! I have a very picky 10 year old who loved the butter chicken! I have gluten and dairy allergies and the staff was so helpful in explaining their many allergy free options! It really made eating out enjoyable again! The staff was so welcoming and kind! This is definitely our new favorite place to eat!

If you miss home cooked Mallu food , this is the go to place without any doubt in Atlanta. Absolutely delicious food. An Aged couple runs the restaurant, the owner who also prepares these dishes is an absolute legend. If you happen to miss your mom, this Aunty (chef) will shower you with her love and affection through delicious food. Absolutely nostalgic memories that kindles memories back home. I drove 45 mins to try this restaurant, and definitely worth the try. Lipsmacking authentic Kerala dishes , I tried their crispy and flaky Kerala parotta( could have been hot , but super soft ) , texture was top notch. Beef roast was outstanding, straight from heaven, that Aunty’s home style preparation, with home ground spices, satisfies your taste bud for sure.. when you are going on a weekend , please be prepared to wait for long even if it’s to go or dine in. They are super busy. I chose dine in but I felt at home with their hospitality. Ended with a masala chai. Truly amazing food with lots of nostalgia. God Bless the couple for their hard work. I wish them nothing but success throughout..

We are from Charlotte, glad that we found our own Naadan food. Ordered Ayala Varthadh- kappa - king fish curry-Vellayappam-Chicken Mapaas , every single thing was finger licking good. A must try place for enjoying the authentic kerala flavors. And the owner was super welcoming and they been serving Kerala food past 11 years.
