Absolutely the best I’ve ever had They have a homemade salad dressing that is absolutely to die for. I asked them if I could buy some even because it’s so good. I had the Ramen bowl absolutely amazing and I had the Americana. It is absolutely the best sushi I’ve ever had and I don’t like sushi.
Never explored YubaCity a whole lot since I come from Sacramento, but meeting my newly found Girlfriend who lives here she said if you like sushi Kenzo Sushi is the place to go. And so we in fact had our first dinner date here, and I'll say service was very generous, food very exceptional, and environment was cozy. I'm happy with my experience.
Visited Kenzo Sushi this past Saturday for a birthday dinner. Arrived right after opening time, and place packed up really quickly. Our group of 6 (4 adults / 2 children) were seated quickly in the overflow room, menu given, and drink orders taken. Menu isn’t as extensive as other places I’ve tried but had plenty of options. Everyone else had other rolls and bento boxes. I decided on the Kenzo Hamachi and an order of salmon nigiri. The Kenzo Hamachi roll was excellent! Just the right level spiciness for the spicy tuna (inside), and fresh quality hamachi (on top). I scarfed all that down and enjoyed every bite! We were all very satisfied with our orders.
Our server was very polite and friendly, but appeared overwhelmed as she seemed to be the only server besides some drink runners. It took a while to get her attention for water/soda refills, but that was a minor blip in the entire experience.
Although slightly expensive, the food quality definitely justifies the prices. I definitely recommend this place, and if ever we are in the area again, will for sure visit again. NOTE - there is an auto 19% service charge for parties of 6 or more, which we appreciated being told of when menus were handed out.
Went out for lunch to this restaurant with my sister Patty and niece Anabelle had a wonderful time. The waitress was very attentive. Patty had the barbeque venti box And the sushi hurricane. Anabelle had 2 sushi veggie rolls plates. I had the katsu chicken. Also had a small salad with miso soup. The salad was very good !
Ordered a mixed/combo tempura for an appetizer, ordered their only ramen option with beef and came with a side of salad, and per the waitresses recommendation a Kenzo Hamachi sushi roll.
Portions of the food is great. The mixed tempura almost feel like a basket full. Usually other places I've tried only had a few pieces but this is a good sized portion, the tempura batter used isn't too much as well. The ramen is a little mediocre but still filling, appreciate that it is in the menu even if their specialty seem to be more on the sushi. The sushi roll tastes great, no complaints there. It is light and the fish doesn't taste like it's been left out too long.
My table was a bit wobbly. They had college basketball on which I'm not that nit picky with considering the surrounding demographic of customers. The music isn't what you call a "Japanese" atmosphere either.
Overall place is great. Price isn't too over priced and fits the value of their food well. Servers are nice and accommodating.
Kind of expensive and will probably just drive to Roseville next time for better prices. But the food was good, I will give them that.
My best friend and I were having lunch after spending our wins from the casino. Sushi was yummy, even watched all the yummy food coming out that other people had ordered. Staff was friendly and nice.
I haven't been here for a few years now but it's better than ever. We came on a Thursday night and it was really busy. We got seated quickly and ordered right away. Wait time wasn't too bad, and the atmosphere was great. All employees were very professional and friendly and the food was delicious! The salmon MELTS in your mouth but my favorite was the Ika (Squid), it was my first time trying raw sushi/sashimi. Oh! And the lemonade is so good here! We kept getting refills lol Definitely recommend coming to Kenzo, it's great!

I stopped in here on a drive and Iâm not kidding. This is the friendliest In-N-Out Iâve ever been to. The staff at this location is so kind. My experience was that there was plenty of parking. I walked right in. Thereâs also plenty of seating.
