Manager took my money for a two week time frame and then in the middle of my stay they illegally rented out my room before I returned the room while I was at work. The manager refuses to return any correspondence and will not refund my money. Not even mentioning the screaming kids and random drunken tenants that will beat on your door at all hours and peek in your windows. It's like a twilight zone episode. No light in the room so make sure you take your own lamp!
I have no problem with this place. Anything that needed repear was done quickly. Never had anything but a postive experience with Melissa. People who make bad reviews probably owed money or were not clean... I work and pay Melissa and have no problems.
I called and was told to just text the number. When I texted at 5:47 pm they ignored me. It is now 7:31 and I was asking for room prices. Worst service ever. They should be fired.
I wish I could not give any stars! Not clean and not cheap, people up all day and nite sittin outside ur door being loud, Melissa is a joke and very unprofessional !we have been here goin on 2 weeks and we have only had running water for 3 days out of the time we hve been here. Melissa tried to make us leave because I reported the fact we have no running water, however she did not want to give a refund so we will be here in the hell hole till our time is up, however I DO NOT recommend this place unless u are very desperate as we were!!!!
Horrible horrible place crazy mary put her nose in my business all the time and tried to tell me what I should to with my special needs kid took advantage of my 80 yr old mom bad bad place .shut this place down iam reporting it to the depth of health or codes
Professionally ran, Mary is a godsend not only does she expeditiously hand out people's mail she's there with a smile and always there to hand out toilet paper when needed love this place
It's a decent place to stay the manager Melissa she does a good job she tries to get stuff fixed soon as possible if you're okay with her she's okay with you
First, they take long time to fix anything on room; has mice, rat, roach and bed bug , the office doesnt open on weekend and during the week is difficult to find it open.. worst place ever
