Car park is small and busy but a couple of good shops makes it worth it.
Wow! Forget the tidal basin with the massive crowds. Go to Kenwood Station and drive (weekdays) through or walk (weekends) through a magical neighborhood.

This place is anchored by whole foods grocery store. It is a small strip with a small size parking lot. It also has Ledo pizza restaurant, an ice cream place, another restaurant selling bagels and breakfast, a pharmacy and a Chinese take out. This is a nice place to get some grocery shopping done just be mindful of times when there's a lot of people because parking can be a hassle.

An excellent way station on the Capital Crescent Trail. Special mention goes to Georgetown Bagelry, which I have not tried, but sounds like something a Puritan minister would make you wear a red B for doing. Also Sarah's Handmade Ice Cream is just straight up really good.
No bicycle parking at all - surprising at a shopping center with several tenants (Georgetown Bagelry, Ledo Pizza, and the anchor Whole Foods Market - where bicycles accessibility would increase visits. Odd considering the shopping center is 500 yards from the heavily used Capital CrescentTrail.
