rm, looked good told very nice and polite lady I'll be back on Saturday, so I call in to verify they still had rooms (they did) go to rent and pay for rm this sob tells me "I'm not renting to you, when I asked why?? He told me it's a business dission and I was a "CRACK HEAD' number one, I have never and never will do crack, oh I'm hear to do business with the Trop, (contracting work) and this short Luigi Mario looking Brother joker outright called me a crack head, well he gonna hear from my attorney, he opened himself and the hotel to a defamation and slander lawsuit along with the owner. throwing stories innuendos and accusations at me like that can make me lose thousands of dollars in contracts, no one wants to hire a contractor with a drug problem can you see it's going to be up

0 star these people are horrible they have bad rats and roaches staff are very rude my celling was literally about to fall bc they had a water leakage asked them to fix it for 2 weeks no one came I stopped paying but kept staying there they told me the reason they couldn’t fix my celling was bc people wasn’t paying there rent that has nothing to do with me eventually the rats had came falling thru the roof me and my mom was so freaked out they where biting thru the walls and door and wouldn’t stop their all outside their everywhere don’t come to Kenwood stay far away from this place

I used to stay here as a child and it was terrible but now that I'm an adult paying for myself I've seen this place become much better. They've cleaned it up very well and the rooms are much cleaner. They don't just let anyone in anymore so you don't have to worry about if something will happen.

This place should be shut down and condemned the management is a nutty woman named ilean and the mantance let me tell u looks like a pretty scooter on Crack. And ask him to fix something his ideal is a trash bag over the window which tells me maybe he is a method attack .plz don't rent there .this place haven't Changed from all the other bad reviews

Its terrible. Cockroaches and other bugs I couldn't identify. Spice dealer she sits outside office, crack dealer in the back, a drunk raving lunatic maintenance guy. And a pregnant hooker that's into anything. Manager is either dumb stupid or blind not to see this going on and the owners don't care.... you can tell there are couple of families that stay to them selves but the rest are the dregs of society. The assistant manger allows hookers in he can't say his doesn't since he hugs them when they enters and leaves. No place for decent ppl. It could be nice but you would have to start with the ppl who run it...

Nice Big rooms with balcony on 2nd floor. Private. I've been here 4 months and I haven't had any problem. Convenient with 7-11 right in front and Circle k across the street, taco Bell, Subway on the corner and Walmart is only 4 blocks away.

I am so sorry that I can not rate a motel 0, there level of disgusting is unbelievable stayed here for 4 nights and got bitten up by bed bugs, asked if i wanted to buy spice and EVEN CRACK.. YES CRACK , they have a racists assistant manager that allows HOOKERS to come on the property and hugs them. A rude manager that wouldn't attend me to help get rid of my bed bugs , the room is filthy and has mold, MOST DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT and HORRIBLE OWNER B Y THE NAME SHANITA SINGH

I am truly sorry you cannot rate a property at 0.0001 stars. Hilton and the Trump organization have nothing to worry about. I returned on evening of Aprl 3 and maintenance person told me to keep my comments to myself I was tired and ignored the igmorant. I informed him this morning that undrr the 1st Amendment I can speak my opinion. He then told me to go f%%% myself. Such a wonderful management staf8f here at this pathetic excuse for a motel which has roaches blacl mold filthy exterior and lots of drugs. How bout them apples Pete? In the immortal words of Ron White YOU CANT FIX STUPID!!! Then if one never sobers up they dont recognize theit level of ignorance.
