Kent State University Museum - Museum in Kent - 515 Hilltop Dr, USA

Great fashion themed museum. Many fashions and accessories. Most from the late 1800’s through close to current. I really like how they tied in the fashion pieces with historical events. Not a large museum. Allow at least a full hour minimum, but give yourself at least two if you like to read information about pieces and displays.

Wonderful show of fashion across the last several hundred years. Includes men, women's, coats, shoes, and hats! Terrific! Be sure to see it!

An absolutely fabulous museum that rotates it's substantial treasure trove of resplendent creations often. It's a luxurious place to learn about history, sociology, and couture designs over the last two centuries. The permanent collection is magnificent and each revolving exhibition is worth exploring at length. People come from all over the globe to study the latest trends at this acclaimed school of fashion and design. The school’s world-class reputation extends to this marvelous public museum. It's recently reopened and the staff has gone to great lengths to make sure it's safe yet comfortable to browse through. Make sure you take the time to check out the splendor on display in the gift shop; it is always stocked with original pieces of jewelry, gorgeous accessories, and wearable original pieces - some even designed by the students who are all destined to become stellar in their chosen professional services.

Small museum but has some really great stuff! If you love history and textiles/garments... This is a must see! Only a $6 admission fee. You can't beat that!

I expected there to be many more exhibit pieces.

Breath taking beauty!! Two amazing exhibitions currently. Loved a museum I didn’t feel rushed and could take in the beauty. Oh and the museum store is a must on the way out!

Bucket list trip. Worth visiting!

I was performing work in the building where the museum is located. I didn't actually enter the museum, but inside of the building is exceptional. Also, the Kent State fashion design school is number one in the country, so worth taking a look at the museum.
