Had a cracked screen, they ordered the part right away, and kept in contact. When the screen arrived I was notified immediately and the computer was fixed in no time at all. Ken’s is the BEST!!!

I usually fix my machines myself but I went to Ken for some stuff I didn't have the tools for, and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, efficiency and responsiveness. Plus personally, he was great to talk tech jargon and games with! Glad to have made his acquaintance and definitely coming back soon. Oh, and he provides warranty for third party services, how cool is that!

Quick, efficient service. Experienced. Friendly, honest, and gives good advice. Definitely worth visiting again. I called in and came in with a mid2012 MacBook Pro that wouldn’t boot into the desktop and he identified the problem in less than a minute. Had him change the hard drive to solid state drive and told me what I could do with the old hard drive. Total visit time: less than 10 minutes. The only downside is he’s a bit far from public transportation but for anybody going in a car, shouldn’t be a problem.

Ken got me out of a tight spot with my CPU. I was doing upgrades to my gaming computer and my heat sink cooler was stuck on my CPU when I took it off my MOBO. I couldn't get it loose at home. I called him up in the afternoon and an hour later I had my components separated! He also explained why that happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Very prompt service. We had such a great experience with Ken. My husband called him on a Sunday afternoon to see if we can get my son's gaming PC checked. Ken responded promptly and was very flexible, professional and accommodating to get the computer checked ASAP.
