Nice little park for Family's in El Cajon. Plenty of open grassy areas and park benches. There is a playground, tennis court, and skate park. The bathrooms are open and parking was easy in the dedicated lot on Madison. We were there on Sunday at noon and it was virtually empty.
Update: Came back Sunday at 5 pm and it was very busy and nobody was wearing masks.
Very spacious park where people can join while keeping their distance.
Has a great area for the kids to play and climb.
It was really great place to go and practice color guard.

This park is in between two schools. There is a decent size Rec Center, a skate park, a tennis court, soccer fields and I believe a few baseball diamonds on site. Regularly patrolled because of it’s location near the schools so there’s rarely any issues. Very nicely maintained neighborhood park. You can get about a mile in on all the the sidewalks so if you’re looking for a good workout spot this is it. The kids from the schools hangout after school so it gets a bit crowded then.
This is the best park in El Cajon. I grew up at the rec center here and played little league at the baseball field. It’s the safest and cleanest park available. I wish the skate park was there when we were kids.
Has a sick set up for skating love it and the speed you can really do some damage in a good way just make sure to bring water really hot and go early morning or late afternoon.
Overall big and really good park for the whole family
This large green space is very well taken care of and features many amenities including tennis, raquetball, baseball field, playground, skateboard park, picnic tables and more. The park is settled in among residential neighborhood, and is a few miles from the nearest freeway, the 8. When you visit, you'll enjoy the wide variety of trees including pine and seasonal colors. Street parking is limited, especially during busy times. Get off your iPad, and go play outside!

I have no doubt that we live in a first world country and we are blessed!!!! This huge park with a lot of things for small, medium and large people thanks to El Cajon City for everything it does for its citizens.
