Maybe 20-30 years ago like a lot of places it was fantastic employment. Its spiraling downhill faster than daredevil. I am glad i Have moved on to much better opportunities. If you have options aside to their use it. People are only hanging on their afraid to lose their pensions etc. That's if they don't fire you first and screw you out of a pension that you've earned for 44+ years.

I have worked there for 42 years it's a very large tool marker shop at this location it makes Steel cutting units

It was super interesting place and amazing technology being used

Kennametal is a mfg plant in solon which i go to work calibrating equipment
