Body and mind are one system. Going in for sports, we strain the body and focus on the work of muscles, joints, internal organs under load. In other words, our thoughts begin to follow the movements and sensations of the body. And problems that seem insoluble, negative emotions and experiences fade into the background. So the brain rests from factors that can provoke depression. Running, swimming, cardio, and even dancing - absolutely everything will do, because in any workout, a significant load and concentration are important. It is they who help to switch attention from current worries to exercise. It's hard to think about anything when you're trying to lift a heavy barbell or balance while doing yoga. To stay in a good mood every day, training should be regular. Morning exercises or yoga classes can be done every day. Training with increased cardio load can be arranged once every two days.
These one is a good playground, there is a tennis field, a basketball field and a field for workout. And also there is always an ice cream track at the exit.
A great and very spacious playground. Renovation is in progress and projected to complete by Summer 2024. We are looking forward to the completion.
After current renovation, Kelly Park will only have activities for children under 12 years old. They WILL REMOVE TENIS COURT, BASKETBALL COURT, BASEBALL COURT and workout area and all other amenities for children older than 12. This is such a shame - spending $10 million on a project that makes sure teens and adults don't have a place to play sports anymore.
In 2023 the NYC Govt. removed the pull up bars of Kelly Playground and in doing so severely constricted the quality of life and recreational choices of countless people.
It's a decent park. Needs some maintenance though. Good place to catch pokémon with my son.
Beautifully renovated playground. The biggest problem- teenagers and some adults who smoke pots there and its impossible to be there with the children and fully enjoy the park. Police and cancelers must pay attention to make this park safe zone
Park would rate better if it was overseen. Go anytime when school gets out and you have the rudest and nastiest kids and parents. School kids physically destroy the park daily and no one does anything. Have to go super early on a weekend, during school hours, or at night to enjoy anything...especially if you have young toddlers

This park is packed with kids after school hours. It's great for kids who love a busy park. There are water features activated by 2 button timers. There is also a large turf in the back for football/soccer, which often has after-school sessions regul
Lovely new playground with climbing areas for toddlers and older kids. It has several water sprays for splashing in. There are drinking water fountains but no washrooms. It can be loud when a train rumbles overhead. The best part is that it's entirel

I just reached my one year anniversary at UMA and couldn't be more happy/proud. The core philosophy to "Be Unlimited" is in the name of the school and they practice what they preach. I thought it seemed ambitious to offer so many different martial ar

I must say up front: besides my own impressions after enjoying this place myself, I also know the owner very well. Although, this fact only helps this review, giving a full picture. The reason behind it is that I know what the owner's values are. Amo
