I just went to the Lion King for my first trip to the Keller and it is a very nice theater. The staff were very friendly and the seats are comfortable and the auditorium is very nice and ornate. The concessions are not good, over priced and not much variety. Also we went for a matinee show and it was literally freezing out. Most people there were with children and they didn’t open in time or let people in lobby to escape the cold. The lobby area is small with very limited seating so depending on how long it takes to open the auditorium you may end up standing for quite a while which was hard on the grandkids.
One of the best venues in Portland for the arts! Helpful and courteous staff, very unpretentious and embodies the arts for all. You can show up dressed to the 9’s or just as you are and you will feel welcome. Saw the marriage of Figaro (opera) and had a great time.
Saw the Lion King here and it was a good experience. We sat on the First Balcony level, row D, and the view was pretty good! Better than expected. I think the e view would be decent no matter where one sat.
A night of dressing up and going to the Opera was a pure simple delight. Great seats no matter where you sit, several wine and coffee booths to get refreshments. A solid booklet program to tell you all about the play and all of the vocalists and casts.
The staff was nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean before and even after the show. Been to places where the bathroom were gross by the end of the night. So refreshing that these were not. The lines for drinks and merchandise were long. But they moved fast which was great. Was there to see Lion King which was totally awesome.
Seating, view and acoustics were top notch....staff efficiency and organization not so much...they seemed ill prepared to handle what should have been an expected large for The Nutcracker. Plus, as much as they asked for cocktails you would think the bartenders would be at least pleasant.
We went to see The Lion King. Sat in the first balcony. It was a great venue but I feel the stage was a little small for this show. The seats were great and the price was affordable. Concessions looked great but we didn't buy anything. Lots of parking at reasonable rates nearby.
Was so amazing to see my first ballet here. Great auditoriums has a few bars in it. Huge space. Parking is difficult before a show— grab a spot in a garage!
I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point.
Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
Lexie is everything youâd want in a trainer. Smart, funny, and down to earth, but also tough enough to keep you motivated. Iâve been working with her for a year and a half and Iâve made significant progress in terms of strength and mobility. Iâ
