Nice place, the owner is extremely nice. The bartender Jose is super cool and his drinks were awesome. The DJ was not very good. She kept cutting songs during the best part,
It’s unfortunate that it takes something bad happening for me to leave a review but I’ll start off with saying that Keenan is one of the remaining, chill Irish pubs left. For the last 7 years I’ve stopped in here a few times a year, the drinks are affordable, I run into a local or someone I know runs into someone, it’s a vibe. Always. Yesterday I came in, already some drinks in and ordered a tequilla soda and a magners. The bartender then brings 2 shots of Casamigos (anyone who knows me knows I don’t drink that). He insisted that I ordered it, even after I tried to explain he was wrong. He raised his voice and made a scene so I didn’t want problems, I paid and that was it. Why would anyone order shots of Casamigos at Keenans? It defeats the point of going to an affordable bar. He was so rude the rest of the night. I’ve been told in the past that this was a racist bar, but never experienced it. I will say last night came close to some discriminatory, bully vibes. Irish bartender, he must be new because I’ve never seen him, sees a Black and Latino crowd come in and sneakily upsells to young women some Casamigo shots he knows we didn’t order. If Calvin is here, don’t go. I sure won’t.
I found this place when I was on a walk. It was around noon so not crowded. I had a good time and met a really nice couple to talk to. The bartender was a really nice guy. Only negative was the beer is $7 for 12oz not even a pint.
Nice place to hang out with your friends and family
That's an Irish bar but everybody's welcome everyone all Races it's a fun place for me and I enjoyed every time I go there. Peace
Neighborhood pub for Retirees. No food
This time I went in just to ask bartender to call a cab as the weather was terrible ,I had many packages, and as my husband was in hospital I know I looked devistated,The Young bartender came over to me right away even though he had a full bar, smiled kindly at me and called can right away.A customer offered his seat while I waited..I only asked for cab ,I didn't tell tmy problem but the bartender seemed to know I needed a helping hand and all who saw me treated me very kindly..This is truly a neighborhood bar👍
Did not eat, just toast a beer to Brian Cabrera, R.I.P!
Hands down the best wings in NYC. They also make a great Philly Cheesesteak sandwich (sorry no photo at the moment). Very friendly and funny atmosphere. Many diverse people come here for years to unwind and enjoy the great prices of food/drinks. Def
I was first exposed to Glacken's in the 2000's by 2 friends of mine who are brothers and it was a tradition of theirs and their father's to "hit Glacken's" prior to Yankee games. I've realistically "hit Glacken's" about 15 times now, and make sure wh
What a great place to stop when cycling into the city on the Empire State Trail. It took a while to get served, but there was a nice beer selection. A classic Daveâs Pale Ale paired nicely with the southwestern salad. Nice place to eat and relax af
Looking for something quick to eat, and I stumbled upon the Draft House, Bronx and this is the best place, I've eaten in NY (I don't live here) left very little crumbs. I had the Island fish and chips and it was ð¤¤. My waitress was awesome, and she
I live in the area and am very grateful this cafe is here. My mom is a huge pancake lover and she gave a huge thumbs up to The Way's fluffy cakes! Great attention to detail with beverages and just a generally well balanced menu and atmosphere. Defin
I highly recommend this gym for people who want to get serious with their training. I started a little over 2 months ago and have made so much progress in my kicks and overall stamina. Without this gym, I canât imagine being where I am with my prog
Everyone who works here is so nice and the hotel is very clean. My favorite part was the water fill station which seems like such a simple thing but it was nice being able to fill our reusable bottles whenever we needed to. Right by a subway station
I visited the Holiday Train Show with my family, including our 5 year old son. We went today, Christmas Eve, which is a Sunday. The front outside portion of the place is so cool we thought that was the whole thing and there was little to no wait to g
I'm coming back here. The rainy weather doesn't do it much justice, but it was a great experience. Great place to take yourself to clear your head, get inspired, or take a date. Give it a chance on Thursday when it's free, but I don't mind becoming a
I didn't go for a game as it wasn't baseball season but I got the tour you can buy online, and it was very informative and great. They show you the whole stadium including the museum and monument park a site inside the stadium where they have plates
I came here during NYC restaurant week. So glad that I found this little gem that's fairly hidden right next to the Macomb bridge. I love the decor and the plant that are perfectly placed all around the Cafe. It's just a very chill, calm vibe. The f
My family, including my 5 year old son, and I had a great time visiting here on Christmas Eve. The lines werenât too bad and the weather wasnât too cold so we lucked out! The main attraction was the Holiday Train show which was amazing. We also
If I can leave a 10 star review I would!! This is by far the cleanest school/dojo/gym I have seen. Professor Doug is honestly such a sweet individual. His team/family are so wonderful. When you come in you just see everyone focus and just ready to go
The New and Improved GURRA Cafe came nothing short of perfection. My wife and son were amazed! The spicy smashed burger stole the show for me however everything was delicious! Best food on Arthur ave.
