Kearney Hill Golf Links - Golf course in Lexington - 3403 Kearney Rd, USA

This course is pure class. And I don’t throw that term around often. But it’s a word that was used heavy and often during our outing. We drove 9 hours to get here. Worth every second. Huge bunkers. Huge fairways. Very hard and sneaky greens. Wide open from most tees for a grip and rip scenario. Just a class experience from tee to green. Pete Dye vibes top to bottom. Far more hills and valleys than most pictures would lead you to believe.

One of if not the best courses in KY! I loved this course! Long open but narrow fairways with such a beautiful view. Definitely has a PGA feel for sure. Glad it's here!

This was added as part of my golf trip and I knew nothing about it. The conditions of most of the course was about 4 stars but my experience was 5. Everyone was very nice and helpful, I went out as a single and most groups in front of me were very nice about letting me play through, which was a great surprise. The course was pretty wet but the greens were super responsive and rolled perfect. If I lived here I'd play here all the time. One interesting thing is they don't do tee colors instead numbers.

Course is in very good shape, for a city owned course. Bar and grille needs quite the renovation. Excellent terrace to overlook the property. Ran into some wet conditions from the previous days rains. Cart path only which is understandable. Some links feel, but not the entire course, seems the word "links" is thrown around way too often for golf courses.

Fantastic layout I really enjoyed the link style course. Although constant highway noise on every hole, from trucks, cars, and motorcycles is very bothersome. A long train even came by on the railroad when I was putting! This could be a personal preference but I like to relax when I play golf. Not be interupted by a trucker's horn on my downswing. Otherwise the facility is very nice. Staff, groundskeepers, and players are friendly folks.

Wonderfully designed and well-maintained golf club! Very challenging. Fairways like carpet and greens slick and undulating. Bring your A game!

Fun place to golf. Challenging course. Beautiful landscaping. There are too many white clover weeds, and it was hard to find golf balls. Bunkers needed sand. They were empty, filled with grass. Overall, I enjoyed my visit there. I will golf there again.

went to play today and had to wait about 20 minutes past my tee time just to tee off after playing around 5 holes we were approached by an employee who very rudely informed us that we were playing too slow, we tried to tell him that we teed off very late and had plenty of people in front of us as well as behind us. He immediately cut us off and told us that he did not care and suggested we skip a few holes to let the players behind us pass, which was quite a surprise considering the players behind us weren’t even teeing off from the hole we were finishing, horrible experience and will definitely never be coming back. DO NOT GO HERE EMPLOYEES AND FACILITY ARE AWFUL
