Nice trail to walk along. A number of years ago I also rented a tandem bike for my wife and I and it was really fun as well. I'm not sure if they still rent the bikes now because I didn't see people riding them on our walk. You can't beat the views. There are plenty of spots to capture some great photos!
What a great addition to the island. The bike rentals along the path are fantastic. Get a hybrid with gears as there are slight elevation changes and gears are helpful. the views are stunning, this is a relaxing, slow path to walk or ride.
I can't possibly say enough good things about this bike path! It's one of my favorite things to do in Kauai. It's never super crowded and the scenery is amazing. We love biking along the beaches and through the little tunnels. It's also fun to stop and swim along the way as well. The path is off of the road so it’s friendly for children and is the best way to explore the east side of the island.
Early in the mornings is the best time of day to visit this beach. Nobody else is out and the tide is usually out. The occasional person you see is the island's dog owners and they are all pretty friendly. You will notice fresh tire tracks in the sand but I have yet to see any vehicles on the beach so I'm not sure when the locals/tourist are out doing Brodies in the sand but the tracks are fresh each morning. If you're a sheller, this is not the beach for you. All the shells on this beach are tiny, less than a quarter inch in overall length and usually broken due to the nightly vehicle donuts. And of course, it is Hawaii even in December/January, so the weather is 80 degrees and sunny (with the occasional rain storm passing through).
Concrete path. Lots of bikes. Beautiful view of the ocean. Watch the waves. There are some pavilions with picnic tables along the trail. It's much more relaxing than the south side of the island with all the resorts. Would recommend.
Easy and simple bike trail along the coast. Great for riders of all skill level. We rented bikes near the south end of the trail, at Hele on Kauai Bike Rentals, and then biked for about 2 hours total. The roundtrip is about 9 miles if you do everything. Plenty of good views and stops along the way.
It's a monthly thing for us. Riding or walking. Beautiful
Great bike path along the coast. There are a few bike rental stores right by the path. The path is not hilly so it is easy for all ages. Lots of places to stop and take pictures. Bring plenty of water if it’s a hot day.

I had the pleasure of visiting CrossFit Kapaa recently, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked through the doors, I could sense the energy and enthusiasm that permeated the entire facility.

Beautiful waterfall; well worth the effort to get there. Expect 8 miles (4.5hrs minimum) of hiking on unpaved rocky terrain. You will need to cross about 4 large rivers. Bring plenty of water and food.
There are restrooms at Hanakapiai beach.
Loved watching sunrise here! Very few people further south down the beach and easy parking access right off the road. Ideal spot to take in the waves and dawning of a new day.
Beautiful peaceful forest it is pretty well kept and there were several Rudrakshas on the ground they have a lovely small Ganesh temple at the end of the bamboo tunnels. It does get a bit muddy and slick wear appropriate shoes. The path is also mostl
The place is very picturesque, a beautiful beach with a wonderful view of the ocean. A very good idea is a fenced pool with emerald-colored sea water. Very convenient for families with small children. Very clean area. Quite windy. Nearby there i

Some units have ac, this area is a mix of owners and airbnb. The entrance looks like a dump, but the rooms, beach and breeze coming through are top notch. Also convenient to shopping and groceries. Beach side has an elevator. I will be looking here f
