Kaweah Motel - Motel in Exeter - 319 S Kaweah Ave, USA

Would not recommend this to someone at all i stayed five 5-10 nights beds were decently comfortable but i found two cockroaches running around also pool was always dirty and cracks in the bathroom.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. Very quiet, It's been a joy staying here.

What a nice little Gem near the heart of the city! Super Clean Rooms, Well insulated walls and windows to block out any noise even though it's on a main street through the city, Clean and inviting Pool, and just a 1/2 mile walk to charming downtown Exeter that is filled with shops, mercantile, restaurants and something for everyone! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Never ever will recommend or ever give my money here. I stayed 8-21 . I have 2 kids under 3 yrs old. The only issue was crackers on the floor. They refused to let me stay again because i didnt vaccum the floor before leaving. They refuse to accommodate anyone with children. They will refuse service if your kids make a mess of crackers on the floor. I made sure to take out all trash but that wasnt good enough. WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

I read other reviews on this motel before we decided to stay here. It sounded good to us. Although we were charged a higher rate than I saw online, it is reasonable. She charged $81.USD including tax. We parked right outside our room. The room was clean and remodeled recently. The shower is huge. The beds and pillows comfy. There were all the amenities: pool,air cond., wifi/cable,fridge, micro, and coffee maker. The best part was that it is built of brick and concrete. Even though it is on the main road, such that it is (small town) super quiet, which is very important to us. Over all, we recommend this motel and would stay again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. We were heading there from visiting Sequoia National Park and running rather late. They held our room for us and were very sweet about waiting on us to check in. (Note: whenever possible I'll call the motel and let them know if I'm running late) refrigerator and microwave in the room. Plenty of space. Rooms are all on one level, so easy access. Parking by your door. Chairs available by your door to sit out and enjoy the evening. I'll stay here again and would recommend it for other travelers.

Comfortable room and good Size shower. Bed was comfortable. What more do we need? People were welcoming and helped to find places to have a nice dinner.

Excellent service, employees were very helpful and friendly.
