Hands down the top 3 breakfast meals I've ever had in my life. I ordered the crab egg Benedict and it was so delicious. They have a huge variety of breakfast foods and lunch menu. I'd definitely recommend trying this place. Also their bloody Marys are a hit.
The place was busy, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Omelets are a tricky affair, and when the option of egg whites is offered, the omelet becomes trickier than just replacing whole eggs with egg whites. My point is that it is much harder to make a good omelet when you disregard the yoke. Having said that, I do appreciate that they have the egg whites option. I have to mention that if you're not a bacon or ham person, your options are very limited, unfortunately that was our case, so we ended up with almost the same dish not because the dish was amazing but because it was the one without bacon or ham. 2023 and still so much ham/bacon on the menu.
My first time here, on a Thursday around 1030 am. We were told to sit wherever we wanted to sit, which was a nice welcoming. The menu was a perfect blend of everything from lobster to corn beef hash. The food came at a decent wait, not to fast but I forgot how long ago I ordered it if that makes sense lol. I ordered smoked salmon as a side and it was $6.99 came with toast. Other order was steak egg and cheese came with red potatoes was $20.00. Very cozy and warm ambiance.
Had breakfast and it was delicious. I ordered the Icelandic Benedict, checkout the photo. Coffee was very good. I then ordered the French toast customized without any frills, just cinnamon; it was devine. I definitely recommend Katy's for breakfast. Lots of tables so seating should move at decent pace on weekends. Enjoy the atmosphere, as it can be stimulating to check out the framed pictures and the hustle of the staff.
Just went here with some relatives. One of us wasn't fully satisfied with their dish and the staff took it off of the bill. I was fully satisfied with the belgian waffle Kombo dish. My only critique is that they directly handed the plates off to us (we were a busy and full table) instead of directly placing them on the table. Even I wouldn't trust me not to drop a plate. Just my small petty note - everything else was great.
Quick with the coffee re-up. They have many Benedicts and I had one of them. Better than I anticipated. The potatoes I had were fresh, well cooked, and seasoned appropriately. I don't really like the building internals, but I don't pay for atmosphere.
My coworker and I both got the country fried steak and eggs. They were satisfactory, everything as you would expect. I really liked the friendly staff and all the options like their espresso machine, and hand squeezed orange juice. It was a family friendly environment, with something to please everyone.
Breakfast was delish!!!! The atmosphere was comfortable and spacious. Love the sarcastic decor. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Honestly, we would not have stumbled upon this place had it not been for my father in laws recommendation to meet for breakfast there. (We were visiting and staying in the Palo Alto area.) I'm so glad we made the drive out. Parking is plentiful (street parking and parking garage) since it's located right off of the street. We had the breakfast combo and Katys Benedict. Don't pass up on the waffles. And that hollandaise sauce...yum. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone passing through.
Came here for karaoke on a Friday night and had a great time. Came on a Sunday to enjoy lunch and the scenery. Ordered a few drinks , the blta & the crispy shrimp and chips. This is a definite go to if your in Walnut Creek area. Will be back!
Very tasty food in an aesthetic environment. The mother and son waiting when we went were prompt and friendly. The pot pies are a unique take on a classic, with excellent spicing and juicy meat. The stuffed jalapeños were fantastic. Unfortunately, t
Our Sunday bike-ride brunch & Thanksgiving Dinner tradition - we've only had a service mishap one time & they made it right. Huge fans of the family atmosphere, the homestyle food & coffee and the friendly service.
My favorite studio EVER. Love the owners Chelsea and Paul and every single one of the trainers there. I have never had a bad class in the past 6 years and I love both lagree and climb classes. Such an effective work-out that itâs worth it for me to
Iâm addicted to this place! The classes are so fun and great for any level or just any mood youâre in. The staff is beyond helpful and the facility is just gorgeous. Truly the best.
Congratulations on Re-opening Day this past Saturday! My first time thanks to Nicole & Aaron for the invite. Loved that we got the "last bottle" of Sonoma Valley red blend - it was smooth. The music was awesome but the atmosphere was really fun, i
Picked up some assorted chocolates, truffles, and waffles for a NYE party here and everything we tried was fantastic. The various chocolates were delectable and definitely worth every dollar. The presentation and packaging as well was lovely. The gir
There is a park and playground right in front of the library, and parking is convenient. The children's books section is large and I like it, so I visit often with my son. There are many spaces where you can study individually, which is convenient
My friend and I meet monthly, and we go somewhere in the larger Bay Area. She took drove us to the Mount Diablo Summit because I had never been there. We didn't have much time, and that is something to keep in mind. It takes more time than you might
Only $12 for admission into the gardens. The entire grounds are beautiful. The nursery is free to visit. I could easily spend a few hours here. The restrooms are clean. There are water fountains and a gift shop. There is a nice little play ground bes
Great place to see the performing arts. Everyone put on a great performance tonight. On a side note: Please remember this is not a "Movie" theater. Please bring age appropriate children because they will be scared of the loud special effects. Last
I had an amazing dining experience at George's Giant Burger! The burgers were not only enormous but also incredibly delicious. The juicy patties were cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentiv
