I haven't been here in over 10 years, but it was still just as good or better. The swamp fries were amazing. I meant to take a picture, but we ate them way too fast. I got the special, which was the fried catfish with seafood sauce and mac-n-cheese. My nephew got the Boudreaux pizza and my mom got a great sandwich, which wasn't on the menu. However, they made it and she loved it. They were very accommodating and the service was great. I can't wait to go back.
Had a nice time at Katie's, this week. We had a large selection from their menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. It was wonderful. It was very busy, service was good and the place was pretty loud. It's a pretty small place, but it was cute. The best part was the food! I would absolutely recommend Katie's. Loved the homemade croutons, ranch and build your own pasta. Visiting from out of town and happy we stopped in!
We had the crawfish beneigh as an appetizer, and it was divine! Full of fresh crawfish, perfect seasoning, and a delight to the palate. The seafood omelet was on point as well filled with very large shrimp. crawfish, and lump crab meat. The breakfast pizza was good, but wished we would have ordered the crab cake because we know it is out of this world! Josh was a great server! Everything was fantastic, and we will be back!
Great local restaurant with some quality food! Tried a few apps, onion rings, crab cakes and grilled oysters. All were very good with my favorite being the oysters. For the main dish, we split the ribs and the poboy (fried green tomato and shrimp). The ribs sound unique, blackberry and jalapeño sauce.... but oh my, flavor was on point! Loved it all!
In Mew Orleans it is Famous for a reason, even the Simpsons recommend it, a place with flavor from start to finish, and if you order its famous dish it will not disappoint you.
We visited on a Tues at 115p and we had no wait and was seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive and did a good job of taking care of us along with his other tables. Our food came out in a timely manner. It was well prepared and I added my own spice to it with the hot sauce that was on the table, it was very good.
One of the first restaurants I visited in New Orleans. Food was AMAZING, staff was friendly, and atmosphere was top tier. I can’t wait to visit this establishment again, and all of our food was DEVOURED!!!!!! If you are visiting or live in the area, give them a try! My wife also enjoyed their drinks which hit the spot with the perfect mix of flavor and alcohol strength.
Delicious and creative options along side staple items to make even the pickiest folks happy. Super friendly staff!! The corn and crab bisque was so good and the salads are huge and beautiful!!
Are waitress was fantastic. She came up to us and told us that we didn't have no time that we were no hurry or he could explain anything that was on the menu if we had any questions. In our group we were already ready knowing what we wanted. I starte
What a great place to have great food while in the Bourbon Street/French Quarter area! I had the Louisiana Crawfish bread as a starter and the Taste of New Orleans for my main. Both delicious! The prices are a little cheaper than what you would get f
That was the first time I tried alligator meat. It was way better than it sounds...it tastes more like chicken. And the grilled oysters were the best I have ever had in the US. I don't like raw ones (I didn't order here) and these creamy ones are rea
You can tell this place has soul. My friend found it for us as a fun casual dinner our last night in town. The food was exactly what we were looking for. Home cooked feeling. Ambiance was great. Nothing fancy about it and for sure the best fried shri
Went to several Poboy spots during our stay, but this one was by far the best when it came to flavor! The ones with gumbo or gravy were hearty and full of spices. I personally got one with alligator and it was good! A bit dry and could have a little
Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The manager Lynette was very helpful and our waitress was immaculate and on point with every recommendation. Loved the atmosphere and the food was spectacular.
When me and my cousin walked in a nice gentleman offer us menu while waiting in line. He told us they had lunch special for Friday! We decide to get the lunch special. We sat down having conversations when gentleman came with our order it was like
Best spot for a lake view of Pontchartrain! Appetizer was the stuffed Jalapenos with seafood stuffing. This tasted really good! Highly recommend it. I ordered the Cedar Planked Salmon. It's a char-grilled salmon with rice and veggies. Portion size i

This was one of my favorite museums during my visit. I learned so much. Didn't know about the free People of Color in Louisiana. Imagine if they had been allowed to thrive... how different America would be today.
This experience was so much fun Iâve been telling everyone I know to go book a class. I had the luxury of taking a class with Lynn as the teacher and she was absolutely amazing! I am so glad I decided to book this class on a whim and learn about ri
Great class and I definitely recommend!! Stopped in as a ClassPass user and will definitely make this a regular workout. The class size was smaller than Iâm used to at 11 but the space was very homey and accommodating. The instructor was clear and
Of all the trees in City Park the McDonough Oak is likely the oldest and the most majestic. The huge branches have sagged to the ground under their own weight and over time. This tree stood in an ancient forest on this spot long before Europeans arri
