From the minute I entered the waiting room, I knew that I had made the correct choice in selecting Dr. Rusin as my primary care physician. The receptionist was very attentive and very nice. I was called in by the doctors assistant in matter of minutes, she was also attentive to my needs. When the doctor came in to see me, she was so attentive and listened to me, explained everything in details. I loved my experience at this practice. This office staff is an example of how patients should be treated.

From the first phone call I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Front Office staff June and Ashley! I was also very impressed with Amy who did my vitals! It only got better when I met Dr. Rusin! She immediately made me feel at ease! She was very patient and listened with care to all my concerns. It’s been awhile since I’ve been searching for a good doctor, well I’m done looking! The office was clean and quiet! I never looked forward to going to the doctor, but I feel much better to go someplace that provides such excellent service!

My wife and I are very happy to be seeing Dr. Rusin now. She is very knowledgeable and uses a common sense approach to what we need medically. She did an excellent job of explaining my lab work and addressed an abdominal issue for me with a prescription to help it.

I'm new to Florida and was looking for a good primary care provider. Dr Rusin was very kind and attentive. She asked me what my health concerns were and addressed them all. She really paid attention to what I had to say and I really appreciate that very much.

My first visit with Dr Rusin I enjoyed meeting her and talking about my health issues I look forward to see her the next time I need to see a doctor I am very comfortable with the people working at Bay Care .
