Katerina’s Taverna & Grill - Greek restaurant in Tarpon Springs - 619 N Pinellas Ave, USA

When visiting Tarpon Springs we usually go to restaurants near the sponge docks. But to be honest, the restaurants there cater to tourists and the food is usually meh. This time a friend and I decided to visit Katerina’s. It’s just slightly off the beaten path and definitely worth the short walk. The food is fresh and so flavorful. The hummus is to die for and my salad was huge and full of juicy red tomatoes and salty feta. My friend’s sandwich was delicious and she loved the crispy fries inside. The ambience is relaxing and reminiscent of a cafe in Greece. Can’t wait to return!

We were going to go to one of the restaurants by the sponge docks but they were all so crowded. So glad we decided to have dinner at Katerinas. It was amazing. Absolutely Delicious Food. Will definitely go back again. Can't wait actually. 😋

My new favorite restaurant! I will want to eat here every time we go to Tarpon Springs! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and excellent. Very generous portions were given as well.

Wonderful little Greek restaurant a little off the beaten path but worth the trip for the lovely people who run this Mom and Pop place. Excellent service with a warm smile and pretty decent food too. Almost everyone in our party was happy with their choices,; the Lemon chicken soup was delicious, gyro was great! ,even the cheeseburger was great, but the Greek lasagna was not. So order anything but that. No worries, We'll be back 😁

Pricier that typical great but worth the money. You can have a better expience buying the larger platers and sharing than getting the entree's. Everything was made to order, seasoned well, came out hot, and truly authentic. The grilled octopus was fantastic and service was also good. Will be coming back.

Great authentic Greek cuisine. They had a belt dancer who did a performance with flame swallowing! Food tasted amazing and beyond generously portioned. Great family experience.

Loved the place! It’s a true gem of Tarpon Springs very well known by locals! Food was great, service very friendly and personal, menu just fantastic, prices reasonable!! what else do you need for a perfect Sunday family dinner!!! And yes, our server Niki was brilliant!!!
