Our favorite Japanese fusion and sushi since before we even moved here in 2015! Love the buy 2/get 1 sushi Mondays, the Katana steak is a favorite!
This food is HORRIBLE!! Trying to find decent food in Salisbury is haaaarrrrd! I saw this place and read the menu and I was excited to order. I picked the food up, came home and was so upset l! My sushi roll is described as “Shrimp tempura, cucumber, spicy crab, tempura flakes, spicy mayo and eel sauce” If you look at the picture, I have no idea what this is?? Where is the eel sauce? The spicy crab? The spicy Mayo? Tempura flakes? What is this Spaghetti??? Ordered a mango roll, that was a mistake, the veggie plate had a about 2 whole chunked up zucchini’s in it. It’s just terrible Man. I spent $56 Im about to eat a PBNJ smh. I would save my money if I were you
Typical American Japanese restaurant. There is not a lot of fusion going on from what I read in the menu. Hibachi and sushi taste the same as other Japanese restaurant. They do have 3 different type of sauce for hibachi you can pick from. You have your regular soy base, then there is a spicy sauce and a teriyaki sauce. Also their special sushi roll is a different than other places, maybe there is where the fusion is happening. It is almost not a sushi roll because I can't taste the fish or rice. Other ingredients are so strong in flavor.
This used to be me and my wifes favorite place, and unfortunately in the last year the quality has gone down and the prices nearly doubled. It's a shame. Our usual order used to come to roughly $30+tip but now it is over 50+tip and the qualotu of the food did not go up to justify this. It has instead went down. Now Bangkok Downtown is our go to. Their prices and quality are way better. Would love it if they went back to the way they were, unfortunately once a restaurant makes changes like this, it's all down hill :'(
Love this place. Im glad Salisbury has a sushi spot. Nice staff, I appreciate the service.
We ate here last night for the first time dining in (we've gotten takeout once before). All of the staff were nice and our server was very attentive. I got the Shrimp Katana Entree and the Bar-B-Eel roll which were both delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed the Salmon Teriyaki as well as the wine that he got. The food was well priced—only around $70 for crab rangoons, two large sushi rolls, a glass of wine, and two full entrees for which we both had plenty of leftovers. We will definitely be back!
Food never disappoints and the staff are always welcoming, nice selection of sake.
My husband and I LOVE Katana in Salisbury! Their $8 sushi rolls are very delicious! My husband gets the hibachi Katana style. The waiters are attentive and nice. I highly recommend Katana for a nice lunch or dinner!

Today was the perfect day to grab some lunch where we could stand outside and eat. Extremely simple concept and menu. It works so well! We ordered 2 hot dogs with chili and mustard and 1 cheeseburger all the way (mustard, chili & onions). The burger
We were heading back from Renaissance Festival near Charlotte and found this place along the way back to Raleigh. I called ahead of time to make sure they could make sure they could accommodate gluten free as well, since two of us have Celiac. They s
Great atmosphere. The staff are always pleasant, eager to help out anyway they can. Breakfast on time and always has a good selection to choose from. The rooms are clean and smell really nice. I wanna give a shout out to the young lady and gentlemen
This restaurant was suggested by the hotel clerk while on my business trip. I took the other managers here for dinner before our busy day. Our waitress was Nevaeh and she was absolutely phenomenal. She went over the items and made suggestions on our
