Kasa Westown Milwaukee - Hotel in Milwaukee - 840 W Juneau Ave, USA

It wasn't our host's fault, but the entire hallway on our building floor had a terrible smell. Our apartment was nice and clean. Having a washer and dryer during a two-week stay was invaluable. I would have liked a TV in the bedroom, but we adapted by using our laptops. We were in town for business and missed not being able to watch the news in the morning.

We had a great experience. The only issue we had was with the AC as our room remained above 80 degrees our entire stay. We followed instructions as best we could but barely lowered it. At least there were fans and it kept us content for our short stay. Nice layout, super detailed instructions, early check-in, worry-free parking, and all around nice experience.

Responsive online check-in. Great room. Excellent facilities. Getting to it and getting our car parked was a bit of a hassle (hence the 4 stars for location). We arrived very late, 1 am, so that may have had a hand in things. There was a smell in the room when we first entered but that cleared out after running the fan for about twenty minutes. Otherwise, was a wonderful apartment to stay in town with everything we could need. The generous amounts of cream, tea, and coffee k-cups really came in handy.

Really terrible experience, one star seems high at this point. Trip scheduled 4 months in advance was cancelled 2 days before check -n via an automated email/text with no phone call..This is all after uploading ID and taking pictures of yourself for their verification process. Waited 45 minutes on hold after calling multiple times to speak to a representative.. Once they actually picked up phone, was absolutely horrible experience.. Zero awareness of the situation and no desire to make things right after they completely thrashed plans made 4 months ago. All that was done was passing blame off to the property manager for an issue with the building. Was offered 2 nights with a gap (no Saturday) as their solution to the problem.. Whats funny was then proposed 2 separate cleaning fees for these non consecutive nights and higher rates than what I was originally charged nightly fee I booked back 4 months prior.. Their customer service reps are completely clueless and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

We were staying for a concert at the Fiserv Forum and this was a more reasonable price than the nearby hotels. Its location is great if going to the Fiserv, just a short walk. I would absolutely stay here again, having the extra convenience of a separate room from the living/kitchen area is really great. The checkin and checkout process was really simple and straight forward. There is parking on site but I would not recommend it for larger vehicles, they are very tight spaces. I can’t give it 5 stars for this stay, though - we did have a few minor issues. First, checkin was at 4 so we timed our drive almost perfectly, however 20 minutes before our checkin time and 10 minutes after being given our access info, I received a message that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4:30. We timed it so we would have time to change and go eat before the concert and this made our timing a bit tight. This was definitely not a good first impression. Second, I did ask for a room that was quieter because I’m pregnant and really struggling to sleep, all of which I put in the special requests with booking. I definitely don’t think they considered our special request at all. They put us in the room right across from the main entry, next to the community room and with parking lights shining right into our window all night long. Meanwhile, no curtains that actually covered the window to block the bright lights (picture included). Probably the loudest available room considering the main entrance and main hangout area are right across from it. Lastly, I’m not sure they really swept or vacuumed the floor, we had some plastic cap in the bathroom, a card someone left under the mirror in the bedroom and a dryer sheet under the TV (pictured included) that confirm if they did, it wasn’t very thorough. So not only did they need an extra 30 minutes to clean, but they didn’t clean it well. Overall, our stay was good and it was super simple and convenient and we would book here again or at another Kasa.. I just really hope they consider special requests next time AND get curtains that fit the windows.

My husband and I had a great stay at the condo in Milwaukee. The location was wonderful, the condo was perfect for our visit. It was in a great location, lots to do within walking distance. Great communication with Kasa. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic location! The Airbnb perfectly matched the photos and is situated in the heart of all the attractions Milwaukee has to offer. It's definitely an excellent choice for a weekend getaway!

We stayed here because we noticed the rates were way cheaper than the hotel we booked. It was a fantastic place to stay. They had a living room, a separate bedroom, kitchen area, and a shared deck area that overlooked downtown Milwaukee. The location was great. We were a few blocks from the Fiserv forum and downtown Milwaukee. It is also very close to the old Pabst brewery, which offers a very nice tour. The Central Waters brewery is also just down the street. Free Star wars pinball is also available to play in the commons area.
