Kasa Downtown Asheville - Hotel in Asheville - 42 Furman Ave, USA

Absolutely LOVED my stay. It was perfectly suitable for a solo traveler. It was spacious, clean and in a great location in town. Very well priced as well. I always felt safe, which can be tricky as a woman traveling alone. Also, the property was very responsive to my queries. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for an any solo or couple new to Asheville.

I recently stayed for a couple nights during my first visit to Asheville and it was perfect. The room was spacious and it felt like home. It was easy to gain access to my room and the Kasa team was quick to reply to my questions. The room was nicely appointed and had everything I needed. The property is located just off a sidewalk that is the perfect path to downtown— it was a quick walk and I enjoyed the fresh air! I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

I really did Love this little brownstone type accommodation, and the owners were very good with communication. It was super cute & comfortable, & in a Great central location. I don't have a problem sleeping under various noise conditions, but the highway is definitely noticeable. They do provide earplugs which may help. They are very strict about their check out time of 11 which is earlier than almost any place I've had to check out in about 10 years.

I stayed at Kasa in Asheville for 5 nights and enjoyed my stay. My room was spotless, I appreciated the amenities in the kitchenette so I didn't need to eat out for every meal, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had awesome water pressure, and I could easily control the temperature in my room with AC and heat. It was also quiet enough for me. The building is right up against a highway, but my room faced the other side of the building so I did not hear the noise at all. I didn't have my dog with me but other guests did, and aside from when a dog was in the hallway, I couldn't hear noise from other rooms. It's not quite walkable to downtown but there are a few food and coffee places within walking distance. Parking was easy. And the decor was modern and cute. If I disliked anything, it was just having to "chat" on my phone with a robot when I have a question or issue.

Very nice, clean and new apt. In spite of having a fully booked complex it was very quiet and peaceful. Ample on-sight parking was available. About 10-15 minute safe walk to downtown so I didn't have to uber or worry about parking. The folks at Kasa were great and let me have an early checkin. Highly recommended!!

Loved staying here! The unit was so nice, very thoughtfully stocked, and impeccably clean. The check in and check out procedures were seamless. Only downside is that the building was literally right next to the interstate, so traffic was a bit loud, but they even had earplugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom! I’ll definitely look to book with Kasa in the future.

Really enjoyed my first Kasa stay. Everything was clean (especially loved the smell!) and modern and appealing about the space. Loved the seamless experience and how they used technology to make everything easy. Would absolutely stay with Kasa again.

My little pup and I had a great stay at Kasa. The rooms were clean and bright. The location is convenient to downtown. The sound machine in the room was an added bonus as I had left mine at home.
