We used Kasa for the first time on a trip to Boise. Kasa was absolutely fantastic to work with. They sent communication that made every step of our trip easy. They included detailed, helpful instructions (complete with photos of the actual property) that were easy to follow and were accurate. I’m impressed that this company is thorough and thoughtful in everything they do. They have made the process of contact-free check-ins and check-outs so easy. The property was perfectly clean, had all the amenities described, in a great location, quiet, and peaceful. We really felt at home. There are several great restaurants nearby, and it’s close to many downtown shops. The pool was clean, the gym is amazing, and we had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely seek out Kasa properties on our future travels!
Very nice accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the pillows didn’t suck! Kitchen had everything we needed although we only used the bowls, mugs and microwave. It was nice and quiet for the majority of time we were there. The only opportunities worth mentioning- hot tub was a bit dirty with floating bugs/hair/debris. Pool was fantastic! The provided shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty, but I brought my own to use anyway. Lastly there was dirt on the floor when we arrived. Minor items really, and nothing that would keep us from returning.
Easy check in process! Clean unit and nice furnishings! The building itself is really cool since you have access to the river walk and there are a bunch of restaurants right near by! I’ll be back to Kasa next time I stay in Boise! Also the pool and gym were stunning.
Had a great experience with Kasa! It was my first time staying at a Kasa location and I cannot recommend it enough. The check-in process was so smooth, the unit impeccably clean and well-decorated, and the location was perfect. I loved the autonomy staying at a Kasa location afforded me with the self check-in and no-frills/fuss stay. I will be looking for Kasa stays for my travels from now on!
The apartment was clean and very well appointed. We were only there for two nights, but I could see spending a longer time since there is everything needed for cooking, the pool area is great, garage parking a plus in this heat, and the location is perfect.
We ran into a couple of employees on our last morning and they were very friendly and polite.
Great stay, very comfortable with all the amenities. Nice to walk along the greenbelt right from the condo. There is no coffee maker, and the hallway had an odd smell were my only two small issues (which were no big deal at all), otherwise great for the whole family!
Just stayed at a Kasa here and had an amazing time! My room was super clean and came stocked with everything I could have possibly needed. Kasa's team was responsive, and they provided easy-to-follow check in instructions that made for a smooth arrival. The property itself has sweet gym and pool area, and it's in such a great location, too- right on the Boise River bike path, and really close to downtown. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport!
I love the apartment/ hotels they provide a home away from home with the same if not cheaper cost of a regular hotel. We cook most of our meals on the road and having the ability to have a full kitchen AND washer/ dryer! I’m forever looking for these while traveling from now on.
This is our favorite place to stay in boise clean and stylish rooms. Great location to walk to many of the great bars and restaurants in downtown.
