Kansas City Automotive Museum - Museum in Olathe - 15095 W 116th St, USA

Decided to stop in since it was near my hotel. Has about 30-40 cars and some excellent employees that are eager to talk and explained how KC is important in the car industry.

It's been too long since I've visited the museum. Took a sunday drive out to see what they had on display since it does rotate frequently. Lots of cool cars to look at nicely arranged. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you are a car guy/gal you will be with your people that's for sure! Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Awesome car museum. The curators really know a lot of information about the exhibits.

We went to their Pancakes and Cars Event. The museum is packed with cool cars, but the building is small. The car show outside was cool. Our entry was only $5 today with pancakes, but it regularly costs $9 for adults.

If you haven’t been, make it a priority - especially if you’re a car fanatic! Each month they have a different theme of car brand on display - almost all cars are owned by someone, not the museum. Super neat place!

Great little museum. Jaron, a worker there, gave us a very detailed and interesting guided tour and answered any questions we had. We spent about 2.5 hours total, and they even pushed back closing time a bit so we could see everything. Overall, great experience!

Super neat place! My car lovin' toddler was ecstatic about all the different types of cars! The staff was super nice and engaging and walked and talked cars with us.
