Absolutely beautiful, historical bed and breakfast in a romantic garden setting. My husband and I stayed a few days to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed the peaceful, magical garden setting. It was like going back in time for a few days but with all the modern conveniences! We enjoyed a delicious apple pancake breakfast that was one of the best B&B breakfasts we've ever had (and we've had many)! Highly, highly recommend!
Nothing wrong as such, just a bit basic. Spacious room. No water or tea/coffee in room. Had to access kitchen in main house across courtyard. Essentially a lovely wedding venue. We were a surprise booking and so they had to prepare quickly but seemed expensive for what it was. The house is historical and so if you like the old world charm it's great. Service was great, we booked over the phone and had a lovely young lady turn up to serve breakfast in the main house.
I've grown up in Nipomo my whole life and have driven by the Inn since I was 5 years old and even attended the elementary school down the street so it was crazy when my fiancé, (now husband) and I booked our wedding there! We were married, September 30th, 2023 and it was an amazing experience working with their planner/day of coordinator, Beki. The Inn and Gardens are absolutely beautiful. My entire wedding party and parents stayed at the Inn the day before and day of the wedding. We were all comfortable in our rooms and we were very well accommodated with breakfast, tea and coffee as well as being able to make ourselves comfortable around the outdoor fire pit and using the kitchen for our own snacks and beverages. Other than a little rain in the forecast, which Beki helped us work through, our wedding day went off without a hitch! Beki is an excellent planner and so fun to work with. My family and friends already want to coordinate another stay at the Inn soon! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience! Thank you so much Kaleidoscope Inn for making our dreams come true!
Came here for a good friends wedding. What an adorable place! The house was such a great step back in time. The grounds are beautiful. Becky (spelling?) was an amazing host. She had everything down to a tee. She was very meticulous to detail. Our friends had an amazing wedding. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this venue for just a get away or a special event. Thank you for the perfect vacation spot.
Beautiful, peaceful garden oasis that was a clean, comfortable, easy stay. Beki and the rest of the staff team are genuinely friendly and welcoming. There was a wedding hosted one of the evenings we visited and Beki gave us the head’s up. Staying in the Carriage house, it was a bit loud until the party ended at 9:00 pm but otherwise not disruptive at all. The grounds keeping folks the morning ahead of the wedding were very considerate of us breakfasting outside and sharing the space with us. Breakfast was a full continental with option for a warm omelette or frittata depending on who was helping with breakfast that day. Hot beverages, fruit, and popcorn were available for snacks throughout the day, which was really nice for our later evening check-in. The Carriage House is an oversized room with plenty of space to relax and we were grateful for the A/C unit this late summer visit. Overall a really pleasant stay in an unsuspecting location. The commute was easy enough to wine country and beaches by car to make for a perfect weekend getaway.
Absolutely stunning b&b, incredible staff, home-like feel, super welcoming. The rooms are super cool, they put thought into all the details. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but thats because I sleep on very soft beds and these beds are probably good for most everyone else. Thank you Beki for the amazing stay, all the information about your events, the tour of the property, your responsiveness and your welcoming nature and sweet disposition.
We had our dream wedding here recently! The grounds and the inn itself are so beautiful -- it's the perfect setting for a garden wedding. Beki, the inn owner and event coordinator, went out of her way to make our day run smoothly. We rented out the inn for our family to stay before and after the wedding, and everyone loved the rooms, gardens, and delicious home cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay or as a wedding venue!
This spot is such a hidden gem! Myself and my partner stayed a quick night for a little staycation, and were blown away by the loveliness of the inn. The house itself is stunning, an ode to a grander time. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was very clean and our room felt very private. It was very cold when we were there, but on a warmer evening, the beautiful front porch is the perfect place to relax. The gardens are sprawling and just wonderful to walk through. I can't wait to come back and spend more time here!
Great Dogs! Superb chop beef and cheddar oh YEAH! The Chicago Dog is the real deal, and the Meataball sandwich is really good! Everything is really tasty and fresh, with generous portions! (no "weenies" here!) Will definitely go back, too much good

Restaurant is legit. We were able to go watch them make steaks and see the grill master at work! Itâs a site to see. Came here with the family. There is a wait so we decided to have drinks at the bar. Drinks were spot on. We ordered multiple dishes
ðSuper flavourful we had 6 dishes all were great. ð¸ï¸Recommend the BBQ duck for carnivores and the ð¸ï¸pumpkin squash coconut curry with mock duck for us vegans. This is the only place that makes flavourful Jasmine rice.
