Kaleido Noda - Apartment building in Charlotte - 2818 Cullman Ave, USA

I had toured a number of different apartments around Charlotte and I knew right away this one felt like home. This apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. Leighton and Macy at Kaleido were absolutely fantastic. They were so communicative and made my move so easy. They have gone above and beyond to make me and my puppy feel so welcome.

My roommate and I had the pleasure of touring the Kaleido with Macy, and she was super accommodating and made sure to give us as much information as possible to help us find a home in the complex! We were able to see multiple different rooms and explore the different amenities, but the kind staff are what made the Kaleido feel like home! We hope to continue working with the Kaleido so that we can begin the leasing process soon! Definitely take the opportunity to tour the facility (especially with Macy) if you can! You won't regret it:)

This was my first apartment since moving to Charlotte and it has been an amazing experience. Since moving here in July of 2022, the complex has been well maintained and management is exceptional. They are quick to answer any questions and will also check on you if they haven’t seen you in a while. Loved my experience here, I recommend to everybody!

I’ve been a resident at Kaleido for over a year and just renewed my lease again thanks to Macy! Macy has been super helpful and accommodating. Thank you for going the extra mile to advocate for your residents. I've lived at various complexes throughout Charlotte and I confidently vouch that Kaleido has one of the best teams especially in terms of prompt communication and going above and beyond to take care of their residents. Where do I begin!? WOW! The customer service & hospitality with the Kaleido Noda Staff is top tier! I was unable to tour the property before signing my lease, however, it worked out so nicely! Macy helped me every step of the way making sure I had all the info and everything I needed before & after move in! She even left me a few notes for when she was out of the office!!! Leighton was also amazing when receiving the keys! She was very informative and made her self available for whatever I needed! The property is very nice and clean! Very happy to have chosen this apartment complex to call home!

Leighton is truly one of a kind! I was in town for a few days to look at apartments, but my initial visit was cancelled due to availability. I viewed a bunch of other locations in the following days and pushed my cancelled visit out of mind. Leighton reached out to me a few days later to let me know that the listing was back up for viewing, and was able to accommodate my tight schedule by getting me in for a viewing the next morning before I left. During the tour, she listened to my concerns and gave me straight, no nonsense answers about the unit and perfectly captured the unique feel of the location. If you like quiet, you have woods and a nature reserve in front of the complex. If you like an urban vibe, you have the freight train and local rail right in back. For someone like me, the perfect balance!

Kaleido Noda is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My favorite thing about the complex is that it is extremely private and seems very safe. There is only one way in and one way out and I often see the police do drive bys as well as a couple residents are on the police force. You wouldn't know it was even here unless you knew where to look and where to turn in. Secondly, they do a great job of keeping the complex clean and pretty. They have on-site maintenance who look after the property and do daily rounds as well as regularly have landscapers and cleaning crews come out. I have never had a problem with my neighbors, everyone is very quiet and respectful. Also, the staff puts on multiple events and food trucks each month which has been fun. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and engaged. The only thing I might nitpick on is that there are lots of rules as well as the dog park could be more dog friendly. Especially for big dogs. However, it's bigger than some others I have seen near the city. All in all, I can't really complain because it's a beautiful property with great amenities. It feels like I live at a resort.

I have lived here for almost a year now and it definitely is my favorite place I have stayed at so far! The staff and the community really make this place enjoyable and I love how dog-friendly the community is. Shout out to Leighton and Macy for just being the best people and always going above and beyond!
