I love going to this gym! I have been working out with Alex (my trainer) for almost a year and he has been great. Due to my busy schedule I hadn’t worked out in years and was intimidated to start again but Alex made it an easy and fun experience. The sessions are affordable (in my opinion) and I am really happy with my progress! Also, everyone at this gym is really welcoming. Highly recommended!

I cannot begin to express how life changing Kaeos has been for me. I came in intimidated of lifting weights with the common notion I couldn’t be a strong woman without looking bulky. Not only was I proven wrong, but everyone in their own ways have aided in my physical and mental relationship with the gym. Thanks to Brandon I found my love for weight training and unwavering confidence that women are capable and BEASTS at lifting. I’ve been fortunate enough to workout with a majority of the trainers and all have absolutely killed me!! I’ve recently dipped into boxing and Jorgie has been an absolute savior from my not-missed sprinting workouts. Brando also has been one of my favorites. Definitely the heart of Kaeos, he truly goes above & beyond to ensure your connection to nutrition and workouts are catered to exactly where you are with your lifestyle. Baby steps is key!! Gene & Ali have done such a tremendous job in creating what feels to me, a little gym family. Can’t recommend Kaeos enough!!!
