Kabuki Japanese Steak House & Sushi - Japanese restaurant in Cary - 220 Nottingham Dr, USA

My first time coming here, I chose a grilled table instead of a regular one, as it allowed us to enjoy both the food and the cooking performance. Luckily, we had a chef who was humorous, friendly, and highly skilled. He interacted with all the customers around the table while preparing the food. In the picture, there was that guy I didn't know his name, but he often wears a mask and made us laugh several times. Regarding the food, I must say it was pretty good, but the rice quality wasn't to my liking. I haven't tried their sushi yet, but I believe it's a must-try for us in the future.

Went here to celebrate a birthday! Experience was great, chef Will was awesome with the jokes and amazing with the service. Taking stars off because a lot of the food was super salty to the point of being inedible. For the price being paid they really need to make sure the food is being seasoned right. Please train chefs to make sure the amount of soy sauce and salt is appropriate!

Excellent hibachi restaurant! this was the first time I’ve been served both rice and noodles with an entree order. They provide you with sooooo much food 😂 The chef we had was funny and kept the whole group entertained, even though it was two separate parties. Great experience all around.

This was an excellent time out at a hibachi steakhouse with my family. The atmosphere is very cool, our chef was very friendly and made amazing food while keeping the dinner show going. Would absolutely recommend and you can also get a Groupon to use (if you remember to use it, unlike me who completely forgot!) My steak was awesome, my daughter loved her salmon, and my wife's steak and shrimp was excellent! Will definitely be going back!

My family of four (two kids under 10) went there today for the first time. It was early lunch so we had the place to ourselves. The service was great! Very attentive. The chef was skilled and did a great show which we all enjoyed. Food was tasty and had great portions. It had some nice background music and was very clean. We also bought a Groupon before arriving so we saved some money as well. We plan to return in the future :)

Food was good , nice place,clean bathroom, easy to find parking, we liked the show that the chef did was entertainment, they have vegetarian options .

The food was delicious, the chef was amazing and made the kids first experience a good one. Our waiter rushed us and charged us a large party gratuity even though it was two adults and two kids.

The cook was great, and our waiter was slow he burned himself on grill by placing his try on the hot grill. It was too dark to read the menu. I enjoyed the food 😋
