Classic mountain resort with nice restaurant and bar.. Big room with full modern kitchen and beautiful views. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were great and the landscaping made them extra nice to spend time there. It was fun talking in hot tub with other guests Enjoyed our stay.

My nephew had his wedding here and it was incredible!! My husband and 2 children stayed in an adjoining suite and it was so beautiful. Rooms were clean, had great amenities that unfortunately we couldn't totally indulge in but we did use the arcade and my kids loved that. ||The wedding was on the mountain top and all the guests went up in the chair lifts which was so awe inspiring. The views were breathtaking, the wild life was extraordinary, just such a beautiful experience. ||Food was great too! They had great wines and cocktails, appetizers were so delicious and entrées were terrific. ||My husband and I work in hospitality/food & beverage industry and we were so impressed. The bride and groom were also very happy with their experience here. Would definitely recommend and we are totally looking forward to taking another trip.

The best feature of this hotel is the hotel staff - everyone was super friendly and helpful. They'd get five stars. The hotel is more of a mixed bag. For starters, it's a timeshare, so the rooms are individually owned. Perhaps that's why the amenities might vary considerably. Even though I booked a "studio" the "kitchenette" only had a bar sink and a coffee maker. Nothing else. No fridge. How is that a studio? In a hotel with limited food offerings and no breakfast, that was a bit of a problem. The TV was tiny, tucked away in an old-fashioned TV console meant for old CRT TVs. The bathroom was basic. And the walls to the room next to me were thin - let's just say the neighbors had a very high libido and you could hear everything. On the upside, the room as well as the hotel were perfectly clean. The pool and spa area are nice. But the hotel was full, so it got very busy and turned into a kids' playground. On top of that, they had an amplified live singer performing "old school country" for hours. It sounded like a broken record. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is not it. Instead of hiring a live performer, it would have been nice if the bar stayed open past 8PM on a holiday weekend. Finally, pro tip: Bring a travel mug. Water from the vending machine is $4 - $5 per 20oz bottle. But there is a free soda stream machine next to it, which eneded up being the best amenity of the entire hotel.

Comfortable....but don't get too Comfortable.||The area is scenic and the hotel is nicely constructed. The staff is friendly; but the administration of policies is rigid. Check out at 11AM and check In are 4PM. No flexibility. The mattress in our room was bad 10 years ago. The couch was from the stone age. As said; nice structure and environment....just misses.

We stayed for one night and had a very relaxing time. Room was clean and well-kept. Front desk employees were helpful & polite. Grounds are beautiful and the mountain views are stunning!

My wife and I visited during the Memorial Day weekend and picked this hotel because it was one of the only decently ranked hotels with a fair price. Our entire stay can be summed up with some bullet points. Note, we stayed at the least expensive "Studio" room, so YMMV.||The good: room was clean and pretty big with a sofabed, restaurant was fine, patio with fire pit was cool, heated pool and hot tubs were really nice, as were the exercise room, sauna and steam room. Location is pretty convenient.||The bad: no maid service provided during the stay, so you have to ask for anything you want more of: fresh towels, bed sheets, pillows, garbage bags, etc. No breakfast except for some bad coffee. No mini fridge, no safe, no microwave. Mattress was old and lumpy and the sofabed was so uncomfortable as to be practically unusable. Air conditioner was old, loud and had knobs where you had to guess the settings. ||Again, we stayed at their cheaper "studio", so you'll probably have a much better experience if you level up. All-in-all, it was just ok. We'll look for something better next time.

We booked the 2 room superior so it's basically 2 connecting rooms. We had a full kitchen which came in handy because there is literally nowhere you can grab breakfast at the hotel. We did end up driving to a place that was cute but nothing kids would eat. The hotel only has 1 restaurant that opens from 4-9pm. You need to make reservations because they fill up quick. We eat early, around 5 so it was fine for us. The game room is great for kids to pass the time when they are not out on the slopes. The rooms need some updating/repair. They were fairly clean and the staff was very nice.

My family and I stayed at Kaatskill Mountain Club over Easter weekend. While the accommodations and our visit went well, upon leaving we were charged an additional $189 for carpet cleaning and two lost pillows. This charge was administered without notice, and despite multiple calls to the resort I have been unable to connect with anyone who can provide information. I was told I would receive photos of the room damage, but this was never sent. Beware about booking here!

Lovely stay! Stayed in the lofted queen bedroom with the fireplace. The fireplace really made the room cozy. The lofted area allows you to keep the bed separate from the living area which was great for us. If you’re very tall it might be challengin

Mama's was recommended to us by locals so we tried it for dinner. We ordered the sesame-crust Margherita pizza. The place is lacking in ambiance, it's counter service, they only take cash, and they don't offer fountain drinks (only cans or bottles).

The burgers were fresh and tasted really good - a fine selection of beer on draft. Made a good whiskey sour. The locals were really friendly and my guys loved this place
