K-Tech Equipment Sales - Equipment rental agency in Easley - 1787 Dacusville Hwy, USA

I presume KTech messed up their eBay auction for a vibratory roller and did not put a reserve on it. They cancelled it shortly after I won it. Their reason: Item not available or damaged. Their listing included a picture of the serial number plate and that serial number is still showing, today at least, in their rental fleet. So, like the line from Straighten up and Fly Right, their story is so touching but it sounds like a lie. A message from them saying, "We messed up and failed to put in a reserve" would have gone a long way. A call back, as promised, from Jacob Kennedy, would have gone a long way. But I apparently was not worth either. On messenger, they said that the woman in charge of their eBay store was sick and did not take the auction down after it sold off of their lot. Since it is still available for rent, it again sounds like a lie. Also, they are showing four additional compactors - same model - perhaps they all sold? If you deal with these people, and I am not suggesting that you not, be very careful about promises made and promises kept.

I own a Landscaping business and use K Tech to rent equipment from a lot. They are always supper helpful and something happens to the equipment they always send someone to repair within a matter of a couple hours. The equipment is not some low end stuff all they skid steer and most of the excavators are closed cab and have ac and everything in them. I Love going in to the store i mean they got rental and hardware store in one location we don't have that here in the area. Very cool set up. There equipment rental pricing is fantastic for a business owner, compared to the other rental company's around that charge you double for the same equipment. I highly recommend this company they go above and beyond to help the customers and is a great company.

These Guys were great! Awesome service, knowledgeable, and smooth transaction. The staff and salespeople were some of the friendliest people around. Liked it so much I even got a hat for the road :)

These guys were my knights in shining armor, from start to finish hands down the best people to do business with for any of your needs. Started out with a total disaster at Home Depot and on my way back home passed by this company and thought probably not with in my budget. Not only were these folks cheaper than Home Depot , but everyone I talked with were kind and professional. Had a slight issue with the equipment, no questions asked they gave me something better to use for no extra charge. This company is the real deal in a world that seems to have an agenda of their own, this company does NOT act this way at all. Will recommend this company to anyone with equipment needs. Thank you guys for all the help and kindness.

K Tech is the best!!! They provide top notch service and go above and beyond in their rental services to meet the customers’ needs. It is not your typical box store equipment rental company. The King family continues to provide quality service with a large selection of equipment to get any size job done. They are my first call for any equipment rental need.

Cristina was absolutely amazing to deal with! She was very knowledgeable of the equipment they have in the shop. She also had great customer service, and very pleasant. definitely recommend K-Tech and highly recommend for you to speak to Cristina!

I highly recommend K-Tech. The great customer service CB Dunson and Andrew king offer has been superior. I rented a scissor lift and it had a malfunction. With their quick response, they replaced it on the exact same day.

K-Tech is a great company to work with! I purchased a dump trailer from them and the whole process was hassle free. I look forward to working with them in the future!
