K Club Bar & Bistro - Restaurant in Clearwater - 2675 Ulmerton Rd, USA

I was in town for a night for work and was looking for a place for dinner, based on some good reviews, I figured I would try it. Easy seating on Wednesday night, large tables, parking is a little busy, shared lot with other businesses including the hotel and a bank. The tables, inside and outside, were spaced a good distance apart and it didn't feel cramped. My server, JT, was great and made sure the food and drinks were good! He mentioned that everything is made from scratch, a nice touch for a hotel restaurant. I had the Smoked Chicken Gnoochi, yum! It was served in a fried tortilla with crusted and fried(?) guacamole on top. The dish was delicious, I pretty much inhaled it! I was thinking of heading up to the rooftop after dinner but it ended up raining so I didn't get a chance to see it. Overall, great experience!

Impeccable service and smiles the moment you walk in the hotel and nicely decorated bistro. Zach our terrific server brought us an Old Fashioned & Fresh as a Daisy cocktails which were excellently prepared. To dine, the Short rib & sausage bolognese earned raves. The Bistro burger has the most insanely delicious fries. Basically inhaled them first and pretty much enjoyed them more than the burger, which was still very good. Everything super fresh and high quality all around. Plus the rooftop bar is chill vibes with an easterly panoramic view of Tampa in the distance. An excuse to enjoy another cocktail!

This meal was AMAZING! I had the chopped Cobb Salad. This is the presentation of it. All of the chopped lettuce was on the bottom. Super fresh and very tasty. I could only eat 1/4 of this and took the rest home. Great smoked ranch dressing. For dessert we had an amazing key lime pie. Two bars of the key lime with a fresh dulce de leche in the middle. The sides were pecans and crushed graham crackers and a raspberry topping. We had fried green tomatoes to start. The presentation knocked our socks off but the flavor was outstanding!! Great meal and prices too. Everyone needs to try this place! Oh, if you go, ask for Zac. He did a fantastic job telling us about the food. He definitely loves his job! They need to keep him!

Staff was on point and very courteous. They had good recommendations and we enjoyed everything from start to finish. Went for Sunday brunch and their avocado toast was absolutely delicious. Not like any other one that we have had in the past. Would definitely go again. Very relaxing ambiance as well.

Excellent food (the fried green tomatoes were amazing) and a friendly professional staff made a recent business trip more enjoyable. Young with an upbeat vibe, this is also good for more "seasoned" individuals. There are many great places to dine in the area, but do consider this location. Highly recommended.

Another excellent experience. Since my first visit this past May, I've decided to visit here regularly as it's well worth the 3 hour drive (for me) to visit the opposite coast. Chef Tom and his team are consistently offering up next level food and delightful service. Highly recommended.

Being over in Brandon, we weren't familiar with this hidden gem. Our son chose it to celebrate his 31st birthday, and it was midway between us and our other guests in Pinellas. WHAT A DELIGHT! We weren't sure when we arrived, based on its relatively small size and lack of awareness. But we were totally blown away by the service, quality and presentation. The menu is full of delights, and we had a difficult time deciding what to order. The sides were huge and delicious. Our server, Kim, was among the very best! We consider ourselves foodies and enjoy fine dining. K Club exceeded our expectations and is on a par with the former Cafe Ponte and other area fine dining experiences. We had drinks and charcuterie at their lovely Vantage Rooftop Bar before dinner, and both the fare and view were spectacular. HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem! Compliments to the chef and his entire team!

Went here with my husband for a nice dinner date, and was overall very impressed. The service was very good. Zack did a great job. The atmosphere was nice. Could have maybe been classed up a little with some candle light, lower lighting, and maybe some jazz music. But the food...was so incredible!! We started off with the bread appetizer, which was excellent. But the espresso crusted filet was perfection! This was one of the first times ever that I felt like what I was eating was truly a work of art. The flavors and textures of everything on the plate (potatoes, asparagus, peppers, delicious sauces, and of course the fillet) meshed perfectly into a beautiful medley that made me want to carefully savor every bite! We also got the truffle mac n cheese, which was very good. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or nice evening out. Many compliments to the chef!!
