Great little motel with amazing hosts and clean fresh rooms!! They were so friendly and helpful! The price point is spot on for what you get! SUPER EASY ACCESS TO THE TRAIN FOR EVENTS!! It's a 5 min drive to the station and there is like 1600 parking spots for free, the train ride is $3 per person! And you get free train ticket with some events tickets how can you go wrong!! The only reason I have 4 stars is the bed and pillows weren't great and the shower is a bit low of you're a tall person (I'm not so the shower was awesome hot and good pressure!) the linens (towels and sheets) were great!! Coffee in the office was good!! The staff took this experience over the top, they make this little hotel GREAT!! Can't wait until our next trip!!
Stayed here for about a week while in town for work. Like 80ish a night, holiday in was 170, Motel 6 was 125, extended stay was 180. Decent spot, close to restaurants/safeway/shopping etc. Nothing to write home about, but room was clean, bed was comfortable, mini fridge, microwave and HBO all were fine. Little chintzy but let’s be real, I got it for the price and didn’t expect a Trump Tower suite. Staff was polite and welcoming, didn’t get any house keeping services for the week, but exchanged towels easy enough. Don’t think I would stay here with a significant other or family per say, but as a solo guy traveling, worked out just fine and would recommend in that case.
Customer service was incredible! My wife, daughter, some friends and I planned a cruise and and we boarded the plane to fly. Except my wife couldn’t do it. So my mom and niece drove her to Seattle. I booked my mom and niece a room here but wasn’t sure of the location so I called and spoke to them. I explained the whole situation. They got my mom in the room earlier so she could be in the room before we left for the cruise. The room had just been fully remodeled. Very clean. All the staff was kind to my mom all week. Cheap clean place to stay.
K&E Motor Inn is a great place, especially at its price point! It’s nothing fancy, but you can count on a clean room, friendly staff, and some surprisingly good coffee. What started as a 4 day stay for me ended up turning into nearly 2 weeks, and the manager and other staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to my changing plans.
What a hidden gem! I'm so glad I chose this for my son's and my holiday. The location was great, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a big flat screen tv with a lot of channels, a fridge, microwave and kitchenette. The room was nicely renovated and the ac kept us cool in 32 degree weather, it was so hot, I don't know what we would have done without it! No coffee in the room, but there was coffee at the front desk and it did the job. The staff was all so kind, and I had to check out before the office opened, they didn't mind at all and checkout was quick and easy! I absolutely recommend this place, and the next time we come, my 10 year old son is insistent we stay here.
The gal who checked us in also greeted us farewell the morning we checked out. She was very friendly and helpful in pointing us to local attractions. We visited Richland Beach in Shoreline, which was only a 12 minute drive north. Beautiful beach where we spotted a pod of whales in the distance. The location of the inn is great, not far from I-5, easy to get in and out of and we had a very quiet nights sleep. The room was average in size and amenities but looked to be newly renovated. Fresh paint and floors and bathroom fixings. The bed was comfortable and there’s a huge tv on the wall but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend the stay - especially for the price!
The owner was incredibly rude, banging the door after I requested to extend my stay. Customer service is seriously lacking at this establishment. Generally, at every decent, established Hotel or Motel where I have stayed, they have politely called the room to ask if I wanted to extend. Not aggressively pounding on the door telling me to get out, and I responded I wanted to extend.
Very nice motor inn for the price. Tom, the manager was very nice and available to help. Mostly long- term renters here so tenants are quiet and respectful. A/C and mini-fridge worked well. Room clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
