Amazing experience from the moment we walked through the doors. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Room was clean and gorgeous and the attention to details made my OCD heart exceptionally happy. The pool had a great vibe. The uniqueness of the buildings and decorations gave an amazing ambiance compared to a standard Marriott. Location was wonderful for walking to so many bars and restaurants. I rarely give an overly exceptional rating but this place was worth it!

A wonderful time! Quirky and fun. If you didn’t want to leave the hotel (And the air conditioning. It’s August.) you could be very happy within the hotel area. Lots to do and various restaurant choices. The staff is always helpful and happy. |Hotel is pet friendly in the Atlantic building.

We’ve been to Savannah a few times and saw the JW Marriott on the last 2 visits. This visit, we stayed at this incredible hotel. We were greeted by McLean at the valet stand. She was amazing from the moment we pulled up. The location of the hotel and the lobby are fantastic. Brandon at the front desk was also great. We will definitely be staying here again

We enjoyed a great stay here. The Resort encompasses a whole block of fun on the River. We had a great experience with the Valet upon arrival and at checkout. (One night Stay) Dom at the Valet was great and helped us get situated along with giving us a few waters to take with us. Polina checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. We had originally booked an Atrium view but asked her to put us on the River side so we can see the Cargo ships go by, which she did. There's lots of stuff to do once on property. Items at the resort may be a little pricey, but if you are looking for a top rated Marriott stay it is well worth it. I recommend if you want to grab a Cocktail and a small bite, stop at the African themed BAO BAB Lounge. The atmosphere is very unique and has fantastic art and artifacts from Africa. Lauren and Garret gave us great service. Rooms were modern, great shower and very comfortable bed. Would stay there again!

The hotel it's self is interesting and beautiful. With the fossils geodes and art alone, you can be in the hotel common spaces having a great time. There are plenty of restaurants, ships, and bars to go to on-site as well. They offer you a glass of wine while you wait in line to check in. ||The valet and bellhop staff are incredibly helpful, warm , and genuinely kind. The environmental services staff and spa staff were also incredibly kind. The roo.s were impeccable, and the spa services were incredibly worthwhile. The whole hotel down to the pillows mattress shower and toiletries seemed to be chosen with relaxation and emotional comfort in mind. ||Every staff member should ha e raises for the support and service they provide their guests. Make sure to tip them directly with cash or ask them for their venmo account so they get more of their tips for themselves. They work hard and deserve every dollar!||We picked a river facing room and it was a great choice. You could hear some music later in the evening but it was not overly loud or disturbing. You might wake up to a barge with ots lights on, but even that was exciting because you are in awe of the size of them. The view of the river when you're simply relaxing in your room is spectacular. ||The ramp areas can get a little steep for those with the need for disabilities and the need for ambulatory devices. The designers tried to put in some flat spots to help slow the wheelchairs down as they decend, but it doest help a lot so you really have to work to control them. Some of the transitions in the hotel feom one type of floor to another require a quick pace to get over them in a wheelchair. The room size was wonderful. You had plenty ty of room for luggage assistive devices and never felt cramped.||

The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. I went for a birthday getaway. The art work and beautiful crystals were breathtaking, the food was amazing and the staff catered to all my needs and wants from the time I arrived and until the time I checked out. My room was top tier with a beautiful view of the river. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Renee. She was so sweet and professional, she made sure that my stay was amazing and everything was to my liking. Which in turn made my birthday experience amazing throughout my stay. So it’s needless to say I will be back!

This hotel is one of the best JW Marriott's I've ever been to. Extremely clean and luxurious. Very good location near tons of great restaurants and bars. Rooms had great views of the river and downtown. The staff was excellent with directions and very friendly. For sure will be back. Would definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10 JW Marriott Savanna!

Beautiful place to stay!! Service was amazing. Julian was awesome and accommodated all our needs. Joel head of security was awesome. Keenan from the Turbine Market for breakfast was so friendly and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely visit again❤️❤️
