This shop is always so helpful. We had an issue tonight (with a product, nothing to do with the shop) and they immediately tried to help out, find the cause of the issue, then rectify it. Anytime we go in they are professional, courteous, friendly, and honestly one of the best businesses in PV. Kudos for still having excellent customer service in a time when that's hard to come by!

Just wanted to thank (especially Nick) for the great understanding service. I'm disabled and slow to understand and was taken advantage of at another store (cough cough-wink wink) cloudweiners. I just really needed to update this review.I just again went to javapes (7/16/23) and without knowing I was not comfortable and not wanting to be there, i got the exact same treatment as I had before, they were easy to explain things to me without making me feel stupid. I am so sorry I forget your name's, but it was a gentleman with a beard and 2 women. And it was a Saturday afternoon; thank you for how you treated me today. you went above and beyond.

Ran out of Vape, stopped by here for a quick refill. The guy behind the counter (he didn't mention his name) was very helpful. I got exactly what I came in here for at a speedy time. I would totally reccomend this place.
