What a wonderful place to stay. The Inn was beautiful. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The house was built in 1877 so it is what you would expect it to be beautiful old south decor which was warm and welcoming. The staff was fantastic and Tony was amazing with breakfast. He would cook anytime from 6:30 to 10 so you didn't have to all be at the table at the same time. In fact it was really nice we ate at 9:30 and both days were served on a screened in patio. The breakfast was amazing. I would encourage anyone to stay there. You are about a mile from the river front and parking is easy. If we ever go back we will stay here again. Well done Justine Inn you made our trip fantastic. We celebrated our 38th year of marriage and my 60th birthday. It was to be a special occasion and you helped make it memorable. G.

Justine Inn is beautiful, conveniently located and full of modern conveniences. My husband and I stayed here for a night passing through Savannah and would’ve loved to stay longer. If the weather is right, this location is great to walk around Savannah and see the sights across the city. ||The house is stunningly decorated with attention to decore which compliment the historical architecture but is comfortable and modern. The staff are incredibly nice and offer hospitality, with a chef in the AM offering a delicious breakfast and an afternoon cocktail reception with snacks. They are super accommodating to every request and attentive to your needs without being overbearing. ||We stayed in the Versailles room with the most amazing bathroom contains 3 tubs. I have no idea who would use all 3, but they are there and the bathroom is amazing. Be careful getting in and out of the shower tub, it turns slick very quickly upon getting wet! We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub except as a comfortable sitting area, but it is huge and looked like it would be super comfortable for a long soak. ||The bedroom is also beautiful and comfortable. The linens are incredibly soft too, so my husband and I both remarked upon how we had no trouble getting a very restful sleep. Also, we loved the antique furniture which complimented the room and added to the ambiance overall.||Finally, parking was pretty easy out back. The team helped direct us to the right spot and then helped us bring our bags up the stairs. There are multiple sets of stairs, and with most of these type of older houses, so be prepared to climb a few. Worth it to stay somewhere so beautiful and with so much history IMO, but those with mobility issues should call ahead to discuss. ||In summary, we loved Justine Inn and would absolutely stay again!

Just had our 4th trip to Savannah staying at the Justine Inn. I cannot say enough about Tony & his staff. Impeccable service from breakfast to Happy Hour in the afternoon. They truly go above & beyond to accommodate their guests. Hope to see you all again next year!❤️

We stayed at the Justine Inn in the Commodore's Quarters, which is really a lovely apartment on the ground floor of the adjacent building. We were in Savannah for a college tour of SCAD for my daughter. We arrived on a Wednesday a bit earlier than the check-in time of 3pm and so just sat in the lobby for a bit, until they were ready. On Thursday morning, they explained that they really don't service the room unless you request it or need anything. This was fine, as it's understandable to save water by not washing the towels and linens each day. We decided not to have the room refreshed for that day. On Friday morning we requested to have the service, as we needed more towels. We were out all day and had just come back from a bike tour and were in desperate need of showers and noticed that no one had come to the room. Mistakes are fine, and so I asked my daughter to just call the main number to get more towels, as we had a late dinner reservation at a really nice restaurant and were in a bit of a hurry. This was about 8:55pm on a Friday night. We were told at check-in to call this number if we ever needed anything. When my daughter called, she was told rather rudely, that she should only be calling if there was an emergency or if there was something wrong at the inn. I was in the shower at this point and had to call out to her to see if she had found any towels. The man on the phone made some rude remake to her that all he could hear was "yelling". I was a bit confused because I thought perhaps she had called the wrong number and that maybe there was an emergency number that she had dialed accidently, but it was the main number for the inn that was listed on their website and that we were told to use if we needed anything at all. Fresh towels were brought to us, but not until Saturday morning. We basically had to use the same wet towels from Wednesday until Saturday morning, when we checked out. In the hot Georgia summer heat and at this price point, that was unacceptable. To offer a solution, however, perhaps extra towels could be placed in the closets in the room, or in the common area closets that guests have access to. That being said, the inn is beautiful and in a great location and the staff that served us their delicious breakfasts, were wonderful. I had been telling my daughter about Savannah's legendary Southern hospitality and wanted her to see for herself. Savannah is a fabulous city, but just be prepared that if you stay at this inn, you may not experience this hospitality part to the fullest.

We want to thank every part of Tony’s team for their hospitality. Your help was very calming when we knew we were arriving later than we hoped. Guiding us into check-in late went more smoothly than we expected. The breakfast was delightful the next morning. The fruit, bacon omelette, and blueberry pancakes were a fine way to start our visit to Savannah. Your plan for all guests is very well timed and appropriately carried out, morning, afternoon, and night. We felt your friendly manner very warm and relaxing. It’s such a beautiful charming way to travel back to a special time of the 1800’s. We will share more details with our friends and let them know how highly we regard your service and accommodations!

Our stay at the Justine Inn was fantastic. The character of the home was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast each day was delicious. It was within walking distance to everything downtown. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Savannah and we hope to be back someday!

We loved our short stay at the Justine Inn this Easter weekend. The neighborhood it’s located in is stunningly beautiful, as well as walkable and quiet. We easily found free street parking nearby. The house itself is charming, beautifully decorated and super clean. The staff (Dane and Tony helped us) were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious- I’m still thinking about it days later! We had such a great stay at the Justine Inn and would absolutely love to return in the future.

Great place to stay. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be a better mattress in our room. You are literally so close to a perfect review, but the mattresses need improvement!

Wow - such a great experience. Charming building, welcoming staff, huge breakfasts, pre dinner drinks and snacks, then desserts after dinner too! Too many good points to mention. I don't normally rave about hotels - but this one was great.
