Have been associated with Just Solutions for over 26yrs now and will tell you that every company seems to shine in the short term.... then you usually get disappointed as time goes on. All you ever want is to have your pc and programs work properly to keep the day moving forward because you know when something stops working it really causes chaos. It is crazy stressful when you wake up and you are having your first cup of coffee, and notice your laptop stops receiving or sending emails…blood pressure goes up ☹. Having the crew from Just Solutions jump in almost immediately to find and fix the problem quickly is exactly what you want and expect…..this is what they do!!! Successful long-term relationships are hard to come by in business.... You will not be disappointed starting to trust this company!
Enjoyed my first experience of JSI yesterday. They helped me resolve a lingering problem that was worsening as time went on. It was a problem others, including Apple Tech Support, could not solve. RSI did resolve it and very professionally.
Just Solutions and in particular, Dave Ondra are super helpful in resolving technical and machine issues. We have three locations that Just Solutions serve, and we have never been inconvenienced by the time it may take for issues to be resolved. They are all friendly and accommodating. Not me lol Just Solutions has always helped me resolve my computer and phone issues incredibly quickly, as well as took my laptop apart upon visiting my agency one day, and relieved me of the tiny piece of plastic that had fallen off and was rattling around inside. Fixed Review I wrote a review earlier about my displeasure with the service at JS. I had a Mac computer, and they were unable to fix it. In their reply to my review, they were very kind, but tried to hold me culpable for agreeing to their repair plans beforehand (mildly irritating. I have 100% no idea how to fix it, so I agreed to their opinions.) BUT, this company went above and beyond and agreed to give me a refund. I was not expecting this, I just wanted to let them about my experience. This is incredible customer service. I apologize for my original post. Just ask and I'll delete it. Thanks!
