Junz - Japanese restaurant in Parker - 11211 Dransfeldt Rd # 100, USA

This is my favorite sushi place! They have real pickled wasabi, which is incredibly hard to find in Colorado! The staff are great and make me feel welcome. Josh is a fantastic sushi chef and the sushi rolls are some of the best around! They also have reasonable prices.

I’m surprised to find a great yummy and priced right sushi place at Denver! We had a Rock & Roll and Jason’s roll! We ate it all. Great casual dining and friendly server! Thank you

We love a good sushi dinner and wanted to try a new place. The sushi itself was okay, but the flavors added to the rolls were on the bland side and nothing special. Service was slow and little awkward - our server was very nice and doing her best, just seemed flustered for some reason. I ordered a vodka tonic and it was quite nice but the mister ordered a gin martini, very dirty and got a vodka martini, not at all dirty. Unsure how that went so wrong. We'll be frequenting our previously known sushi places in the future.

Best sushi I've had. I'm #basic so I don't eat raw fish sushi. When someone tries to convince my to try, I swallow it whole to suffer less lol. BUT MAN OH MAN THIS PLACE. I tried the spicy salmon. The roll with the least amount of salmon just to try! And omg it was the best! If all raw fish sushi tasted like that, I would eat it more often! The pics didn't do it much justice but it was so stinkin' good. Also loved the salad bc it was actually romaine instead of iceberg like most places. Server was very friendly. Bummed they didn't have a sushi roll lunch special, and the rolls don't come with salad or soup. But everything was delicious anyways.

Never disappointed when we eat here!! The food is ridiculously good. The portions are small, especially the cod (which really makes us sad every time) BUT we order it anyway because it's that dang good. Their sushi is fantastic but you can't go wrong with the menu either. It's a little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for in flavor. The staff has always been wonderful. The drinks are great! They've got decent sake. And they give you Andes mints after the meal so can it really get any better? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beef wrapped asparagus is amazing as well. I don't typically like lamb but their lamb, and OMG the sauce it comes with, are SOOOOO good!! Highly recommend!!

We really loved our dinner tonight at Junz. Everything was tasty and delicious. The service was really fast. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed. The nigiri was perfect and they gave us some really nice pieces of fish. The hand rolls were especially nice as well. I also loved the mochi. Sometimes it's not frozen at the right temperature or whatever so it was pleasantly surprising that I ate all of my serving. My only complaint is that I didn't like the spoons with my miso lol. I'm not into an American spoon with my Japanese soup haha for some reason I just don't like that disconnect. But obviously that's just nitpicking so I wouldn't subtract a star for something so minute. So far this is one of the better places that I have found that isn't too far from home. I will probably be back. :)

This restaurant is a standby favorite. The sushi is excellent, the service is always top notch, and the ambiance is nice in a way that makes it a great spot for a casual night out, but also perfect for a little more romantic date night. Josh is a really fun sushi chef who always helps us have a fun and delicious evening!

As usual Junz was delicious again. Went for a birthday celebration and were promptly seated. The waiter did an excellent job the entire night (including with a awnry 6 year old). Sushi was delicious as always and we certainly got a ton of it! Couldn't recommend this place enough to people looking for a good sushi fix (although they have much more than that too)!
