I have been all over the world, and this is unfortunately one of if not the most disgusting beaches I have ever seen. Absolutely heartbreaking.
Absolutely disgusting smask, shoes, straws everything you can image floating in and out of the water and sand. Not Safe for kids to play around or to just walk I would stay away from here.
I arrived just in time to get one of the last few parking spaces near the restrooms. I had just completed a long drive in traffic coming from a Job interview in Los Angeles near The Grove, on Fairfax and Beverly. My arrival was timely, as I had to PEE!!! The colorful, California Sunset started just minutes after I relieved myself if the Clean, Available Public Restroom, and proceeded to enjoy the Sunset.
$1/hr parking, charged in 15 min increments (so $2.25 for 2 hrs, 15 min). Nice dedicated path to bike.
Best of the beach options in Long Beach. 10/10 recommend their free yoga (Yoga on the Bluff) at 11am each day.
The beach can be beautiful (pictures are not edited, looked even better in person) but it's kind of ghetto. There are either people smoking weed, doing burn outs and donuts in the parking lot, and playing music obnoxiously loud. Luckily you can avoid most of this by avoiding the evenings/nights. During the day just move closer to Rosie dog beach (east) , just moving a little bit will help you avoid the inconveniences... Police also don't seem to patrol the place much, If at all
This is a beautiful beach! Has bluff along the coast so you can get some incredible view and photos. The only draw back to this and other LBC beaches is the lack of waves. There is a wave break so the "waves" are extremely minimal. Despite this, it's still an amazing place to visit.
Great location and walking path that we could walk all the way to Veterans Pier or further. Busy, but not crowded due to have a wslking path, bike/running path and all of the beach area.
There is a food hut with outdoor dining over - looking the calm water . The food is delicious , and the customer service was great ð There are sinks and soap to wash your hands right outside of the bathrooms . There are plenty of trash cans , so p
This was my first time going to stretch lab. And I was met with a very friendly staff and partnered with an amazing therapist named Charles. He took his time to explain everything. Listen to my problem areas and targeted them all. Amazing place and a
This gym is a great spot to train Muay Thai. I wouldnât want to train Muay Thai anywhere else in Long Beach, I love this gym. Itâs tiny but the size of the gym never affects the training and the coaches are masters of their craft. Iâve trained
I have been doing 9Rounds for three years and the last 8 months at the Spring St. location. The trainers are amazing. They encourage and push on a personal level. It is so great to receive that personal attention and it has helped me to see a lot of
