Wow, $14 a kid now. That is really expensive. There are like 6 or 7 inflatables, kids max out at about 1 hr of fun. If you have 3 kids , that's $42 for 1 hour (not including games, which are extra cost for tokens). It's more expensive than the movies. I just can't believe they are charging so much. This used to be $10 a kid, which was high but manageable. It's fun for a 1x a year kind of thing, but it will break the bank if you go too often. Overall, it's fun for kids, but really expensive fun.
I attended a birthday party there with my boys. It was very organized and the inflatables looked new. The party format was great and they provided hand sanitizer before eating. I would recommend it to burn off some energy.
Okay experience. I'm surprised there are no staff inside the bounce area to supervise. There's only so much a parent can handle of the chaos of this place, so it's pretty expensive - I think it was $14 for a each kid for unlimited play. This place would be better if they could find a way to have timed play like Craig's Cruisers so you are not paying a bunch of money to stay an hour. I will admit, for the parents that paid the extra $5 to join their kids in the bounce houses....they were having way more fun than the parents on the sidelines. I wish I had gone that route.
Will probably never take my kids back here. They allow all the bigger kids to climb on the top of the bounce houses and slides. There was three kid’s injured in my hour and a half there. I had to tell my three year old he was not aloud to play on several things due to the bigger kids. There was no workers in the play area to tell them to stop
We had a party for our kids that went wonderfully. The party coordinator was very well organized and so good with the kids. Pizza, drinks and cupcakes were included - everything was very good. The kids had a ton of fun jumping and playing. The arcade and gifts from the tickets were a huge hit for the end of the time. We were able to just show up and really enjoy spending time with everyone instead of stressing about the party.
Used to be a favorite place , but the new changes have made it impossible to there with young children. Older children were climbing on top of the bounce house and jumping into them , we have always had to somewhat watch out for older children because there is no supervision. But since they got rid of the toddler area it’s impossible to have kinds under the age of 5 there . My niece who is 8 was even complaining about being “body slammed” by older children . We were told it was due to a staffing shortage , but at what point is children’s safety less important than having to walk away from the front desk for a minute. And even once there were more employees on the premises nothing changed about how the older children were being aloud to rough house . We had to leave due to the potential for injuries to our kids. We will not be returning. Which is sad because punch cards are one of our children’s favorite presents they get at Christmas.
Wanted to take my kid for some fun this morning. Website and door signage says opens at 9 yet when we got there after 10am they weren't open and no one to answer the phone. I get that times are rough right now but don't waste customers time/money/gas to come to your establishment simply because you can't change a time on Google or your own website.
Definitely a fun place for kids. My son ran around jumping and sliding to his hearts content! This place gets super busy and crowded that it's tough not bumping into others. The selection of refreshments on site is somewhat lacking, but that not that big of an issue. The mini golf looks to be an entertaining course, but I have not personally played it. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the place is fairly clean... especially considering it is filled with children day in and day out. As for adults participating in bouncing, it is not that great. The bounce houses/slides are not really designed for a 6' tall adult. It's a tight squeeze getting into some of them. If you have a few extra pounds, that gets even more difficult. Quite obviously this is not an issue with the business, bit rather the equipment is designed for kids.
