A great experience, the kids had an absolute blast and the staff took care of everything, only thing I did was a final check of decorations. And they were super helpful and accommodating in planning the party, happily answering every question and made sure I was stress free the day of the party. Once I handed everything over to them when we got there, I got to do nothing but have fun with my daughter on her special day. I even got to choose her favorite music and the disco ball just added to the fun. All my guests said they had a great time, I would highly recommend and will probably have another party here in the future.

It was fun. Maybe I missed the information part. According to the weight limit per person I was too heavy to get on. I wish I was able to get on with my 1 1/2 year old. He was a little intimated by himself. He still had loads of fun though. The party included timed sessions on both sides, a time to open presents, then a room for food and dessert.

Honestly my experience wasn’t great. My children enjoyed it so I am okay but I genuinely feel like my party was very rushed. I arrived 15 minutes ahead like i was told and I waited patiently for my party time and I still didn’t get to start setting up until 12:15-30 which isn’t a problem unless I’m paying for it which I was. And as my party continued since I started late they rushed us through. And I appreciate help with decorating yes but if I am decorating in my party room workers shouldn’t be talking about the work they hate doing right beside me. That made me uncomfortable.4/10 for me

It was okay. My daughter was scared to jump so she could only play on the regular slide in the jump area. The jive area didn't have much to do. She enjoyed herself even though she limited herself. Don't take your child if they are scared of bouncy houses and air slides.

From a ( Grand)parents point of view, this is hands down the BEST birthday party place for a 5 year old. The facility was clean; the employees seemed happy to be there and even interacted well with the children. THANK YOU !!

It was so nice to not have to worry about any set up or decorations! Totally stress free. The facility was clean and cool (super important for summer birthdays).

Inflatable playhouses in an air conditioned room. What a great idea. Parties were organized. 30 minutes in one area, 30 minutes in another, then pizza and cake time. Staff was well organized and friendly, and everything seemed clean.

Clean bathrooms, super nice workers, and a ton of fun for kids. Recommended age is 10 and under. We did a lock in, and the kids were constantly playing between the two jump rooms
