Restaurant relatively small but worth the stop. They are famous for their corn chips; make sure to ask for them- they won't give them automatically. You order at the counter then get a table. There's a special seafood menu on Fridays in Lent. If you're a vegetarian, ask for the taco or chalupa plate with beans instead of meat. They sell bags of their chips in different sizes and flavors, as well as hot sauces and refrigerated fresh salsas.
The food was so very delicious! The bean were the best beans I've ever had before! Rice was good, not dry. I had the chicken crunchy tacos, husband had the beef crunchy tacos. Both very good. The salsa that came with the chips was fresh and tasty, very mild though. The dance that came with the tacos, green, very good, not much though. I did ask for something hotter and was brought more green sauce, maybe different and hotter. This place was very, very good. We do feel very bad that somehow we forgot to tip the waitress. We are so very sorry.

Food was great, but the service was not so good. The girl just didn't seem to like her job or was upset about something. Asked if we were to get free chips, she said yes, I'll take to your table, it did finally come but with food that we ordered. Just wasn't very pleasant in answering questions, very stern. Tables needed to be bused
Always delicious, always nostalgic, and always worth the trip. Love their guisado, bean, and cheese tacos, and their tapatios are so rich and creamy ❤️

Went out to try it for the very first time on our girls day.. Very good food. Loved the chips and salsa. I (we) will definitely be back. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering, plus the owner Gilbert personally introduces himself
Great local, family owned and operated restaurant. The chips and salsa were great. The Taquiza plate was awesome. Great flavor, plenty of food, and great presentation. The lemonade was fresh and not too sweet. I will be back!
The Viva Mexico plate was fabulous. The sign at the road was faded, broken and falling apart. The sign on the building was faded and hard to read. It was recommended to us or we would not have known it was there. Donât let that fool you though.
Loved my stop here. Buffet was fully stocked. Great tasting, hot food. My waitress, Irma, kept my drinks topped off and the table clean.

The food truck has some awesome food and the place is very typical main street USA. It's a great place to just chill and take in some local music and scenery. You can even do some clothes and accessory shopping...very unique and eclectic.

Despite the store was busy with customers the sales associate that helped us was very patient and helpful. Needless to say I was able to order shoes as a Christmas gift that was delivered way before than expected.
