Juliet's Tavern - American restaurant in Joliet - 205 N Chicago St, USA

After our daughter recommended it to us, we decided to check it out. It is a beautiful building in downtown Joliet. We had reservations for 5:30 pm, which was the perfect time because within the next 30 minutes, the place filled up. We love Brussel sprouts, so we ordered them as our appetizer. They didn't disappoint us. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I chose the Harvest Salad ( pictured) as my main meal. It was very good. I loved the combination of pepitas and cranberries. My husband ordered the salmon after our waiter talked him out of the Ribeye sandwich. My husband didn't like it very much since it was farm raised and not wild caught salmon. We ordered the baklava cheesecake for dessert. Delicious! We liked the place. Definitely would go back.

Loved everything about this place. Came in after a place down the street closed their kitchen and I’m glad it did. The food was delicious, the bartender serving us was fantastic…she literally couldn’t have been better, and maybe best of all the ambience was beautiful (and very clean). Will be back!

Came here once and haven't had much other food then pizza and tacos on the east side of Joliet, but then tried there BBQ burger for their $8 burger Wednesdays and hit the spot! Outstanding fries atmosphere and service as well.

This restaurant is very underrated! The menu is very expansive and has something for everyone. I got a side salad and steak Diane pasta. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were large. Service was fantastic as well, we were seated quickly and the staff explained the menu well with prompt service. Would recommend this place for a casual night out with friends or a date. Price range per person with drinks is $25-$50.

I loved everything about Juliet's Tavern. We met up with friends as we were traveling for the holidays and didn't know much about the area. I've been dealing with low carb and looking for good options, they offer chaffles in place of bread and it was absolutely as amazing as it sounds. A MUST TRY for anyone attempting keto or dealing with diabetes! I got to eat an actual Cuban sandwich for the first time in almost a year. Thanks guys!

We enjoyed our food here in December. If there is a show at the theater up the street, this is a hoppin' place, but I can't speak to other nights during the week. The service was good and the food was enjoyable. A quick walk down the street to the theater, and close access to parking garages.

I took my family to have dinner. Online it said the kitchen closed at 10pm. We got there at 8:30pm. As we walked in we were greeted with these COLD, unfriendly stares from the staff. Soon after that a tall, very unfriendly man approached us and said the kitchen was closed and that we could only order from the late night snack menu. What bothered me the most was his attitude he had towards us when he was speaking to us. He was very Cold and Harsh in his way of directing himself towards us. He made us feel very unwelcomed! I am a wedding planner and work for a local venue. I have always recommended our clients to have their rehearsal dinner there or to simply just go there to eat. After this awful experience I just had there tonight, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, especially our clients!

Such an amazing vibe here The food and drinks were incredible! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to return THE CRÉME BRÛLÉE IS A MUST!!
