Above and beyond, amazing dining experience!! All good is farm to table and so unique. They change their menu often and are always adding/debuting new things. We tried their new homemade seltzers last night - I had the juniper (not too sweet, and very refreshing) and my partner had the ginger - loved both! Came with edible flowers, too! They also started us with complimentary fresh apples - best I’ve ever had! We got: Snack stand - fresh veggies from the garden, fennel butter and Jim bread (amazing combo!) Chicken patè - with mustard, really good! Short rib - so tender! Rainbow trout - caught the same morning! Also came with a delicious sauce and kale!! Chocolate pot - omg a must for chocolate lovers! Creamy and rich chocolate with a delicious almond cookie. The entire staff were so friendly and nice! Gave great recs for the menu and what to do in the area. Def coming back, this is a staple!!

New to the area this quaint little bistro hits all the right marks to qualify for a Michelin star. Met Julia as soon as we arrived, shared the history of the restaurant, and introduced us to Sunny who would be caring for us. Sunny was very knowledgeable about the menu, and their ingredients and had her favorites she highly recommended. We started with specialty cocktails, a take on the old fashion with yummy cherries so rich in flavor that they will remind you of summer days just plucking one after another and savoring each bite. My husband had the trout chowder and he said it was delicious- not too fishy nor too creamy. I had butternut squash stuffed with quinoa accompanied with a tart cranberry sauce. The sauce wasn't to my liking but the dish was heavenly. The quinoa was like Christmas stuffing and the butternut squash was cooked to perfection. My spouse had steak and we split fingerling potatoes. He enjoyed the steak and was impressed with how well it was prepared. Potatoes were scrumptious, not overly seasoned and ideally crisp. Would go back in a heartbeat.

OMG what can I say? What an INCREDIBLE experience we had Thursday night at this GEM of a restaurant. I came across this place in my many searches of things to do while we were on a small getaway. Boy did it not disappoint!! From the moment we pulled up the owner was outside greeting us and escorting us into the beautifully decorated dining area. She was very animated as she explained how they came to be and went over everything about the menu ( most of it FRESHLY PICKED from their garden) The girls working there were friendly and sweet and very attentive. They have a WONDERFUL record collection that they play during your dining with requests taken!! Lovely ! We started with appetizer’s to share, a trout cake, the famous deviled eggs and a snack stand which is GORGEOUS! Full of beautiful fresh veggies, homemade bread, homemade butter and a duck pate’! Everything was scrumptious!! Of course we were full already and our entrees had not come. The entrees we ordered (but had to pack up) were the herb chicken, so flavorful, the skirt steak … amazing, and the short rib, delicious!!! We would highly recommend this beautiful out of the way place to anyone in the area looking for FRESH , farm to table dining!! We WILL return!

Outstanding! We had a great dinner. Some of the highlights: excellent lime seltzer, salads are great, wonderful dressing well balanced and very nice fresh herbs. I had the duck (outstanding!) and my spouse had the trout, also outstanding. Highly recommend.

Impeccable experience. Food and drinks were perfect, and portions were extremely generous! They prepared the best duck I have ever had. What a wonderful space the owners have created. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Magnificent! We came after skiing- first time here. Outstanding with inventive and delightful food, beautiful environment, nice staff, Julia's hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. We eat at many excellent restaurants in NYC and around global cities and this was another level. Absolutely fantastic.

We went to Julia's Local for the first time with our daughter and husband "Tractor Dan", and their two kids and everything about it was wonderful! We weren't sure what to expect but found the place had a bit of a home-like atmosphere with the owners stopping by our table for a visit or two. The food tasted absolutely fabulous and the presentation of each plate was beautiful! We all ordered something different except the huge popovers with jalapeño butter! We also were graced with an assortment of desserts as a surprise for the kids (big and small) which were all absolutely fantastic. We all had a great time and we will definitely dine there again!

What a perfect Sunday dinner we had! The food was absolutely incredible, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the vibe was cool and cozy. Julia was a superb host and took time to share stories with us. It felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Very grateful for this unique experience!
