Jucys Hamburgers - American restaurant in Gilmer - 317 US Hwy 271 S, USA

First time here, food was fresh and delicious and the people were great. It was my parents, brother and wife, my 9 month old and myself and the place was very clean and accommodating for my baby. Will definitely return. Just wish they had more of a dessert menu, but the fried green tomatoes were perfect with the jalapeno ranch.

The food is absolutely fantastic. Like, it's a 20-minute drive, and I gladly do it. Some of the better burgers I've had. I've tried the chicken fried chicken and a few other things as well, and everything is fantastic. I do wish they would fix the soda machine, but outside of that, no complaints.

Had breakfast here twice, 2 days in a row. Service was better & faster the first time. Food was great both times except that the second time, it took much longer to get our food & my sister received cold grits. When she got a new bowl of grits she did say that they were good though & almost like our mom makes them which is perfect.

The food is outstanding! Portions are large...don't order a large drink unless you are REALLY thirsty...lol. I want to give them 5 stars but the service is very slow, even for a "prepared fresh" menu. I've sat in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of me. This needs to improve. Most of the time, customers go to the drive thru because they can't wait 30 minutes for their food.

Delicious fresh made burgers every time! They cut their own fries and are always fried to golden brown. The items are a bit expensive, and they charge additionally for sides and or drinks, with no options for combos except for Mondays at $11.99 but this is to be the expected for the quality of the product you receive. Expect to spend a good $15 or more per person per entrée, side and drink.

This particular location always gets my order right. Plus I've noticed my food is always fresh. Top notch location!

Great hamburger called "Bandito" 1/2lb hamburger patty, w/monotory jack cheese, tomatillas sauce, pickled jalapeños, fresh lettece, real thick smoked bacon about three slices. Next, I will try the Cowboy Melt. The onion rings looked amazing but a little too crunchy for me. The tartor tots were cooked just right. They had perfectly seasoned pinto beans!

The manager was at the front greeting customers he was super friendly and had a beautiful smile . This was my first time eating here and he said try the beans they are famous for them and wow they where delicious- my burger was messed up but the manger was super great and had it fixed and brought back he didn’t talk to his team bad like I’ve seen in other fast food restaurants he told them they were doing great and it was a simple mistake and it was - this manger the younger man showed great leadership and you can tell he was proud of his job and employees ! The food was fresh and delicious for a homeade burger I got the bacon cheese fries though it was huge the manager brought me a to go box - I will definitely be back when I drive back through !!!
