Nice little place, loved the staff. Clean and very accommodating. Pet friendly. However they can't keep good house keeping. I literally cleaned my own room. It wasn't bad but floors were sandy, bathtub had a dark ring and there was what appeared to be fecies on the bathroom door knob. I've learned years ago to be prepared to do my own secured disinfecting. People do everything in hotels and on every thing.

Pros: Proximity to the beach is great for the price. The staff was nice, stayed two nights, and didn't have 2 ask for extra towels. Updated room decor. Cons: The room smelled old and dank. The room door needs to be replaced, bugs and lizards can crawl in. Beware, there wasn't an iron for your clothes. Also, the bathroom layout was awkward and small. And the toilet moved.

Stayed here many times and never had a single issue. The beach is right across the street, the rooms are always clean and quiet, well worth what they charge per night, will definitely be back if I need a cheap place to stay in Biloxi!

I wasn't planning to leaving a review until I was overcharged. Even with the state of the rooms and questionable dealings on the grounds of the hotel, I wasn't planning to complain, because my bed was clean and the location was great. That's really all I cared about. But travelers need to be warned. We checked in on 7/20-- this was an impromptu trip with our kids. We arrived right at three and our room was not yet ready. We had been at the beach all morning, so we were tired and ready to shower-- yet we had to wait. Not a huge deal-- we loaded into the van and drove around beach boulevard. It was fun! When we arrived back to the hotel we picked up our keys and went to the room. The room was fine. The first thing I always check are the beds. They were clean-- no bugs or stains. Then, we decided to see what deal they could give us if we decided to stay an extra night. We paid $129 for the first night (WAY overpriced, but we booked last minute and it was all we could find) and they said we could get a second night for $67. We decided to lock it in rather than trying to find another hotel and move all of our stuff. We then checked the bathroom. It was DISGUSTING. My husband found a rusty razor and old soap in the shower. SO GROSS. (We have video evidence). We cleaned the bathroom-- not the end of the world. It was the next day that I noticed I'd been charge $158 initially ($129 plus taxes) then on TOP of that I was charged $237. For a total of $395. I was LIVID. This hotel was MAYBE worth $50 a night at best. I understand that during busy seasons prices skyrocket, but even given the location this hotel should not be charging what it was charging. I was at an arcade with the kids when I found out about the additional charge. I stepped away to call the office-- called several times and they did not answer. When we got back to the office I explained the situation and they told me this is how they do things-- they charged the total amount ($237) for both nights and the additional amount of $158 "will fall off." Absolutely unacceptable. Be warned. If you decide to extend your stay, they will charge you for multiple nights plus the initial amount you paid. 2 days later that charge still hasn't fallen off. The whole thing felt like someone playing at running a hotel. If you do stay here (please don't!)-- but if you do, I'd recommend the following: 1. Don't extend your stay-- and if you do, make sure that you demand they only charge you the amount of the additional night. Make them show you the amount they are charging before they charge your card. And ALWAYS get an itemized receipt. 2. Bring your own pillows. 3. Bring cleaning product to clean surfaces in the bathroom. 4. If you need one, bring your own blow dryer. They don't provide one. 5. If you can, bring your own towels. The towels are like sand and if you get burned at the beach, they will hurt! 5. Don't stay here. The few pros: 1. Beds were clean 2. Room included a mini fridge and microwave. 3. Walking distance to Sharkheads and the beach.

I've been here about a week and a half so far (staying for a few more weeks) so far the staff has been SO nice! The location is great- right across the street from the beach, and only a mile from Keesler AFB . They give me new towels and sheets whenever I ask and are always helpful. I'd for sure recommend this place.

Hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay with them. You can walk to the beach just across the highway.

Great little hotel across the street from the beach at a budget price. Very clean and well managed. They have some construction going on at the entrance, but the hotel itself is a hidden gem and not affected by the work in progress. Just walk across the street to the beach, or use the pool. Park in front of your room. There are two floors. No elevator. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. A coin operated clothes washing room is available on the first floor. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The bed sheets didn't look fresh. May need to ask for clean sheets. The door did not lock from inside. I cleaned the bathroom myself( I always do at least the toilet no matter where I stay). Refrigerator cold. One socket on the nightstand worked. Bring Lysol & room freshener (plug in)if staying more than one night. My room had no carpet thank God...family did but they were fine. The room has musty smell ..Quiet area for the nights stayed. Budget friendly. Didn't have a desk chair in my room others did. Bring pillows if staying more than one night. The pool was open brother in law said it was okay. The front desk seemed okay and went to the front desk to pick up towels. Great air conditioning.
