Cool! Growing little shopping center in downtown. Juanita one block from the waterfront Park and a huge special events parks- both fully remodeled recently. So many great little shops and a cool place just to spend the afternoon
Super fun to shop there, very female focused.
Great parking for all the businesses.
Lots of shops and restaurants, limited parking
More places open; was able to visit Oto sushi and bring our order outside to eat. Still an excellent place to walk around and not too crowded on an overcast Saturday afternoon.
Village retail describes the location fairly well. It's a compact retail space with very limited parking. It's far more compact than a strip mall and more up scale as well. There's a barber shop, yoga studio, cafe, float tank, food and drinks, you make it. It's more than just retail but for a lack of a better, more concise word, village upscale retail is fairly succinct. It's also great that the retail space is very close to the Juanita beach. Again, very limited parking.
Be careful parking here as you will get a ticket for more than two hours by diamond parking. It’s incredible that you can’t park in the shopping center that you’re patronizing for more than two hours without paying for a $60 ticket.
It’s a large multi road maze of float places , stores and many many restaurants. Only it has 💩parking ! You’ll drive around your destination time and time again to find a parking spot if you go at peak times.

What to say, best imitation of Czech Pilsner beer, they also have black Czech style beer - very tasty with 1/2 Pilsner and 1/2 black beer... you can bring your 4 legged buddy with you...
Iâve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Danâs gym at F3!
Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights.
Thereâs even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)
