This beach is family friendly, there is a play area for children. It is very clean with a lot of space for children to play on the beach. The boardwalk around the beach area is a very relaxing and inviting place to take a stroll. People seemed relaxed and friendly.
A great park, especially when it’s sunny out there. A small walk on the ramp in the water adds to the colour. Plenty of spaces for kids to play around. We were lucky enough to spot a bald eagle.
I love this park. Swimming are, volley ball pit, and nice paved walk ways along with a long dock. A great place to walk your dog, on a leash, along the lake shore.
Nice beach and park along the northeast shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland, Seattle area. The beach and park offers a variety of fun for people who might seek out this lovely place for different reasons and interests.
There was a musical presented by Storybook theatre on the lawns for kids, when we got there on a Saturday afternoon. There is a Friday Market where vendors feature a wide variety of delicious fruits, fresh local produce, and beautiful flowers all grown and produced in the state of Washington. There is Kayak rentals and beach volleyball courts. There is a decent sized covered picnic place with barbecue grills, which could be reserved/rented. There are picnic tables throughout the area, at uncovered spots as well. You could swim there but the area was cordoned off and limited to a smaller section. There is boat launching at this beach also.
The parking lot is quite large and we didn’t have problems finding a spot on the weekend, although we had to circle around a couple of times.
This is an awesome little Park. Wonderful place to bring children and a good spot for adults as well. Very clean playground for youngsters . The small Beach is quite safe and there is plenty of room in the area designated for cooking. Plenty of pits and picnic tables. Very clean. Easy parking.
Pros
+ Tons of parking! I never struggle to find parking
+ beautiful views, large walkway that goes in a circle around a swimming area provides excellent views of Seattle.
+ Lots of activities! There is a paddle board and kayaking stand at the park.
+ Restrooms are clean and new, which is a nice feature
+ Events! Jaunita farmers market happens every Friday (June-September)
Cons
+ It gets busy on weekends/sunny days. Expect lots of children since there is a large park for them right next to the swimming area. One toddler ran up to pet my dog, I blocked his way since my dog is not child friendly and the child kissed my hand 😂
It’s a pretty beach to walk around and have fun with your kids.
Nice beach, easy parking. clean restrooms, great area to walk, kids playing, with a wonderful water view!!

Such a lovely park with a wonderful community garden and antique farm equipment that is so cool to look at and explore! I really love the old barn, it is a great backdrop for photos. It is refreshing to step into such idyllic scenery in the middle of
This place was unbelievable to walk around. Spent a couple hours hitting the trail from the old junior high school sign. Lots of native plants and amazing views. Plenty of places to stop along the way.
Iâve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Danâs gym at F3!
Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights.
Thereâs even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)
