Juan Pollo - Chicken restaurant in Coachella - 50225 Harrison St STE 101, USA

By far my favorite rotisserie chicken in the valley. The chicken is always juicy and the skin is so flavorful! I usually get the whole chicken with some potato salad or a side of rice. I like that the rice has bits of chicken in it. You can also get horchata here and it's not elderly sweet or powdery like in some other places. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving chicken. Last I checked, they didn't have an option to order online but you can all to put an order or just show up. The service is really fast.

Rotisserie chicken at its best! Juan Pollo will not only fill your belly with the generous portions they serve but it will fill up your soul with joy with delicious flavors. Try the mild hot sauce, you'll want to get some home.

The staff is unwelcoming, very unprofessional and treated the person in front of me completely different. The lady was bland and very rude/stand offish.

Horrible stuff. I chose the chicken salad and it was tasteless. Lettuce on the salad was old, and salsa was frozen!! Place was stinky(drain) This was @Coachella location. Never coming back!

Love the chicken….but it’s such a BIG DEAL to your crew to honor the $19.99 text special YOU HAVE POSTED on your window. It was questioned by 2 of your employees, didn’t know what I was talking about..After being challenged if I wanted the chicken for 23.99 t tx or my money back,By your manager .I chose my money. Not because I couldn’t pay the price , but the lack of Customer Service. I will miss your Great Chicken.

I had not been to Juan Pollo in many years. I remember back then there was a short Hispanic lady. I don't know if she was the owner or the manager, anyway, she always treated her customers with courtesy and respect. I went into the store and ordered in Spanish, the cashier gave a look and spoke to me in English. I don't have a problem speaking in either languages, but as a courtesy, she should have responded in Spanish. Her attention was to a coworker while I was ordering. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because I did like the potato salad. Sadly I will not be returning to Juan Pollo, I will go back to another favorite of mine, KFC.

I recently just went to Juan Pollo and let me tell you, amazing. The skin on that chicken is the best I ever had. The chicken breast was juicy which in chicken is very hard to get. The rice is amazing I love that they actually put chicken in it. I do not like mayo at all so I never get potato salad but the moment I tried this potato salad I fell in love with it. This is probably the only place I get potato salad from. The service was great for me when I went. And I truly appreciate the fact that they took every safety precaution necessary during these times by adding a screen between the customer and the cashier counter. And making sure everyone is wearing a mask. I highly recommend this place to go eat because it’s great food for a great price.

The food is efn disgusting the chicken feels like fake the beans suck period and there's not that much options Oh and I didint even mention the salsa it's nasty not even spicy at all it taste just like straight tomato
